Can't find it anywhere in the normieverse these days and I'm just looking for an excuse to get this egregious slop off so I don't go off to college fat and alone. Pls help, birth control has ruined me

don't go proana, eat more meals with protein like chicken, some veggies on the side, a bit of butter so you don't go insane, and stop snacking/drinking calories.

learn how to make some simple but delicious sauces, chicken is versatile but it can be dry so a good sauce or gravy can go a long way. Also you can eat thighs and wings too, don't just stick to the breast. And allow yourself a small treat every now and then so you don't go crazy and binge on junk food.

Obviously you can't live this way forever, so after you lose the weight you want, you need to reintroduce other foods carefully. Your weight is the natural result of your habits, so if you go straight back to your old habits you'll just put the weight back on. Drinking more water can help you stay full and eat less. Soups are good too.

Would recommend weighing yourself only once a week. Womens' weight can fluctuate +/- a pound or two from water quite easily and so it can get easy to be discouraged when your weightloss is masked by water weight. But if you stick to it your weight will go down.
