Over masturbation is bad sure and depending on the porn consumption it will fuck up your mind but regular jacking off will release dopamine and other things.
Essentially if you're stressed masturbating will probably relieve stress in a much quicker way than the other two options.
Video games aren't too bad for your mental health in full honesty and it falls into the same thing as, when overdone then it becomes bad.
Everyone jacks off, a lot of people play video games, there is a bigger drop off in over masturbating than in over playing vidya imo, that's all.

id say jerking off. monkeys only masturbate in captivity etc. also if u gotta wack it, just get a chick to send you her nudes. it's better for your spirit, compared to the psychological harm of being addicted to vicariously watching jewish pornography.
