I was recently discussing this with a friend and we couldn't decide which Pokemon was the most Jewish, Meowth, Psyduck, or Hypno? Each embodies its own perfect stereotype.

Meowth is a greedy little cat that obsessively hoards gold coins, Psyduck is a kibbitzing hypochondriac, and Hypno is a big nosed therapist type.

What other racial stereotypes are embodied in other Pokémon, and how so?

Yeah, Ganguro. Possibly also the Yuki-Onna, which is a sort of snow witch and would explain the ice typing, but I highly doubt it considering the key features of said snow witch are blue lips, dark hair, and extremely pale skin. Also Froslass already nailed that inspiration down and I doubt there'd be reason to repeat that same one twice in the same typing. I'm pretty sure Jynx is closer to the fat lady than she is to that.
