Caucasians and most Asians are closely related through our common Eurasian ancestor genetics wise and we share Neanderthal DNA, which makes us very smart.

I'm gonna say East Asians are the closest to Whites culturally and in appearance. The Japanese, Koreans, and some Chinese especially.

The only people I would totally disqualify from this question are most Black Africans, full on Abbos, Papuans, and some groups in India/Pakistan.
