I don't know how tall ADF is but I'm guessing he weighs at least 250lbs while Chris is about 5'10 but he probably weighs in the ballpark of 260-285lbs.

ADF would probably win. The HRT makes Chris's bones weak brittle, he's much more sedentary, and probably fatter.
