Why are people that say nigger all of the time really autistic?

It's funny to let out a good "NIGGER" every now and then, but in my experience people that say "Nigger" often are 99% of the time really autistic. And by autistic, I am not just talking about high-functioning autism. Around 40% of Nigger-Sayers are very extremely mentally handicapped. Why?
