why are so many gen z now days communist?

They’re thought that the world is unfair. How the billionaires control everything and that everything is shitty. How college is deemed and important thing for the future and working minimum wage is frowned upon. Gen Z has gotten lazy especially with the technological advances which makes dumb ideas more accessible for retards. So when they learn that life is all about working extremely hard to achieve something, they’d rather have it on easy mode I.E communism.

Children from 1st world Western countries tend to be like that.
They don't know what communism is, they just read about it.
On paper, communism looks great, especially for a bleeding heard teenager.
However, communism requires everybody to be fair and just, that's impossible in reality because people are greedy and selfish.
Greedy people completely destroy the premise of communism.
Capitalism, as bad as it is, at least takes human nature into account.
However, capitalism is a "dog eat dog" scenario, other people are your competition, not your allies.
Money and assets are worth more than human life.
That's depressing and a lot of people would love to live in a more caring humane world.
Communism gives the illusion of such a world and kids are easily influenced.

Communism's biggest selling point in free countries is, and always has been, that it's primarily a language rather than an ideology. If you become disaffected with whatever sort of capitalism is going on in your country, and want to criticize or even reject it, the rhetorical toolbox of Marx is right there, ready for you to use. And you'll have a whole community of Marx-speakers in academia ready to accept you and reinforce you.

They don't know how communism really works because they were all born after the Cold War ended. They've never seen the nightly news reports with Dan Rather about the breadlines in glorious USSR. They probably thing that good old Red China is just dandy.

But no system is going to produce a utopia anyway. Because human nature would have to change first. So kiddies, I hate to break it to you, but get ready to be disappointed with life. Just try to make the most of it.

So keep spouting woke left wing communist memes on the daily dot and hope someone cares. They already cue up for lesser necessities like tech and whatever side hustle they can sustain themselves on seeing how their wages are too low to live as middle class people

Because they're encouraged to read communist theory instead of the actual histories of communist countries to see how all that theory panned out IRL. A lot of them have never been outside of their own State, let alone the US to visit any actual communist countries to see what they are like IRL. Also, they are in denial about the fact communism is just a continuation of the idea that just because something exists, it's seemingly there for the taking. They accuse rich people of "seeing the world as their oyster to plunder", but they in turn see the riches of the rich as their oyster to plunder, and how is that fundamentally different? They can't accept the fact that communism doesn't get rid of the elite, it just creates a new elite.
