In the health/fitness depression thread this shit I said here I think people think is just more random trash you hear from idiots online, and I'm hesitant to tell people to solve their problems by buying and taking supplements because in many cases it is a waste of time and nobody takes it seriously, but this is a different case. Consume the 4 things I mention in the first paragraph and make sure your B-12 levels are adequate.
Like with anything you take behavioral and lifestyle elements are necessary, but loading up on those sorts of antioxidant/anti-inflammatory substances will make you feel healthier and less neurotic than any psychiatric medication I've ever encountered, it will seriously reduce unreasonable nagging feelings of guilt/contrition, it eases emotional expression, it reduces the frequency of "choking" when you're playing music/speaking publicly/doing sports, it might be spergy but if it helps even one person even a little bit I couldn't fucking care less.
