Why do all FTM choose the name Kai? - What are other common trans names you've noticed?

It's a name used in several animes, so the weebier FTM's might like it for that reason. IIRC some guy in a kpop band is named Kai as well, so it has some appeal to kpop stans as well.

From what I've seen a lot of FTM's choose oddly unisex names; and not normal shit like Max or Charlie. It's always shit like Morgan or Sawyer. If they do choose an obviously masculine name it's some tacky shit like Archer or Blaine.

Trannies are typically autistic and cursed with a strain of poorly concealed narcissism. Mix it with the average liberal arts Starbucks thot and her shitty notebook dabblings from high school and you have a stunning lack of both discretion and creativity.

The only Kai that I'm aware of is from Mortal Kombat but he's an obscure character.
And there's the Cobra Kai series.

There's a couple FTM trannies that I know, one of them chose the name "Jesse" and the other "Atticus". Jesse sounds like a girl's name and the other is tacky as hell.

kai from beyblade was cool anime guy and the femoids and thots are jealous of his big dick anime kid energy. They cannot and will not ever spin to win on the level of the Kai from beyblade. Naming yourself after the cool beyblade dude does not mean you can spin to win

You will never have a fucking cool phoenix you can summon with a fucking spinning top.

Aiden, Elliot, Ash/Asher, Finn, Leo, Theo, Quinn, Phoenix, Liam, Juniper, Wren, Chase, Skylar, Greyson/Grey

are some that seem very common. To me, the reason you don’t see a single John, William or Michael in the mix is that FTMs never seem to want to be actual men and all that being a man entails - their identity is simply an escape from the womanhood they so dread. Same reason they call themselves “trans boys” rather than men or will use labels like transmasculine, demiboy, non binary etc. and want “he/they” pronouns, and may bind their breasts and have short hair but still wear makeup, flower crowns and pastel colours. It’s just “I’m quirky!” and “I’m not like other girls” taken a step further, enabled by the current generation’s obsession with identity.

Edit: Kai in particular though? As well as what’s already been said I suspect it’s because it has its usage in multiple languages - Japanese, Hawaiian, Norwegian, Welsh - and so is the closest the fujoshis can get to a Japanese name without being accused of appropriation, since the overwhelming majority are white and using a name like Hayato or Shinsuke that’s exclusively Japanese would get them in trouble with the woke mob. Since it also has been used in white cultures they can justify it as not being appropriation.
