While it may not be so cut and dry, the only people who killed themselves in the Bible were evil/lost. There are verses that support a condemnation of suicide too.

That was one of those things that made me go "uh huh, sure" and realize Hell is only about wish fulfillment against people you don't like vs. a just punishment. Eternal punishment for temporal acts is nonsensical.
