Why do white people get offended when you say the N word?

Depends on the type of white person. If it's a younger liberal type, it's because they're actually offended by your views. With WASPS and western Europeans, they get offended because you are not conforming with their strict appearance driven social norms and only saying it behind closed doors like they do. If you're somewhere cold, like in the Midwest, Scandinavia, or Canada, they get offended simply because its not polite. (like the wasps, they all say it). In the deep south and in Eastern Europe, you're offending them because you're not saying it loud enough.
