As much as I want to dismiss it, I actually tried to research the topic. While you would need more than 100 "drops" to actually receive nutritional benefits, they are only so because of composition. There are more effective ways to ingest vitamin c, zinc, sodium, and protein. Since STDs could possibly be transmitted, it's safe to assume this is for "stay at home" cooking, My best guess is that it exists because a college student thought of it, saw the "semen is safe to eat, bro" sticker at Planed Parenthood, spent several weeks in the lab creating these recipes, and shared it for the world to see under a scientific guise and not a wacky sexual deviance.

It could also just be a psyop for "normalizing seminal ingestion" after too many unhappy oral sex endings.
