Feedback Why doesn't Null come back to host in the United States?

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

As someone who has close personal ties with a couple of lawyers, I have to let it be known when I've mentioned and explained @Null 's plight to them: They laugh. There aren't any countries that have looser Internet laws than the United States, unless you are considering countries that don't have the infrastructure to support hosting.

So, I offer to you. Why don't you come live with me in Arizona? I have 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, so we'd only have to share a Kitchen. I only ask that you actually clean up after yourself - which I HOPE isn't still a problem with you, because some of the stuff I heard about you and Hotwheels living together makes me question it. But I'm a forgiving guy and know people can change.

I have fiber optic internet. I'm gone at work most of the time, and I don't really give a fuck what you do. Perhaps you could even use my information for payment processors so you won't be a broke fuck. But that would take a lot of building trust first lol

Also don't let my cups become this fucking dirty you fucking mong.

Then allow me to explain.

The Kiwi Farms is a US legal Internet forum which has been founded and grown with the broad and strong protections of free speech that the US enjoys for the moment. This is not without drawbacks.

1. The US will lose Section 230 protections in the near future. All major politicians and both parties want it to change or be repealed. The changes I've seen put forward make hosting in the US no less difficult than hosting out of other countries. Expatriating takes about 5 years, so the time to start working on this is now.

2. I am currently being sued by two different people, forma pauperis. I've had to retain counsel to deal with one and it's costing me thousands of dollars. The litigant knows this and sees that her lawsuit is probably going to be dismissed. She has already outright stated she intends to file subsequent litigation. Even if she were labeled a vexatious litigant, she intends to file in a different state next time, which would restart the process of labeling her a vexatious litigant and cost thousands of dollars. If I were not American and did not host in the US, I would not have to deal with this.

3. The US has some of the most invasive copyright laws in the entire world. I deal with DMCA copyright complaints sent by DMCA corporations out of the Netherlands, Canada, and Greece every day, usually not sent by people licensed to practice law, regarding the alleged copyrighted works of people who are not citizens of the US. Despite this, I am obligated to send a reply to the DMCA copyright complaints. If I were not American and not hosting in the United States, I could safely ignore these DMCA copyright complaints.

4. Despite being a US citizen with a legal business and no criminal record (nevermind for financial crimes), I am continually disallowed by payment networks to do legal business in the United States. I have zero protections against Visa/MC/Discover and the damage they inflict on me. If I were able to process credit cards, perhaps I could make enough money where #1 and #2 were not a problem. I do not get to enjoy any fruits for my labor and as a result I am always in a tumultuous and precarious financial position. Attempts by the former administration to force payment networks to protect businesses like mine from prejudiced blacklisting were immediately overturned on day one by the Biden administration.

5. I do not want to be American and I do not want anything I own to be in America. The United States is a broken country with a shattered national spirit. It will continue to endure major hardships in my lifetime. I don't have any hope for it and I have no love for it, so I do not want to tie myself to it. My association to my country, at this point in time, only closes doors for me. The US government has detained me and broken into my residences because people prank call them to report fictitious crimes. I am not proud to be an American, I never have been, and I never will be.

I want a quiet shithole to host my website unmolested by the international machinations that are present in the US.

Feel free to forward this to all your kike friends. Let me know what they have to say.
