Why is A&N's "one word ban rule" constantly broken? - Can people not read?

I don't really care that much. It doesn't irritate me when people type "good" or "based" under an article, but are they getting banned in the droves for this? I almost feel bad.

You'd have to either forget it or somehow never see that red font when you scroll past. Just how frequent are one-month bans issued in that board?

Solution
The best solution for complying with the letter of the law, if not exactly the spirit, is having your witty one-liner, and then finding a flimsy excuse to seguey into animal facts, preferably with one or more cute pictures. For example, did you know your avatar, the Eurasian Collared Dove, is also known as the turtledove? They're also not native to North America, but have developed a thriving population, and in many regions are now about 50% of the local dove population, alongside the classic Mourning Dove.

You're welcome.
Shut the fuck up and stop trying to enforce rules on the one place of KF that still resembles a janny-less wild west
I'm not trying to enforce anything. As I said, it doesn't bother me one bit. I just want to know the logistics and how many people have been banned before.

You see, I have a dream that people would stop pointing it out and drawing attention to it, and that the mods can go back to sleep forever

Given that it said automatic bans, I wasn't sure if the bans themselves were automatic or required a moderator's input, which is why I asked. This is eye-opening.

I'd never report someone for that, lmfao. That'd be buzzkilling on a whole other level.

I always thought it was some ancient janny's rule and that person stopped sweeping A&N a long time ago. It just never got removed from the rules for whatever reason.
