Are drawings of girls more important to protect than drawings of boys?

Probably more people into Loli. If it gets seen more there's going to be more of a reaction to it.
Might also be that Shota is swept up into the Loli category. It's another way of saying child pornography.

He didn't say how he thought it was filtered so hard to say.
I do think more people are aware of or use the term "Loli" to describe "underage hentai". It's more heavily searched and has been flagged more. I'm not sure if I want test it for obvious reasons.
Looking at his search results he was able to find links with both words, the exception that Loli gave him a warning before the results.

Well, it certainly isn't showing images for Loli. It just confirms that Google has blocked image results.
As for "Why do people care?" more for one over the other still remains.
It could be boys aren't seen as victims more or as helpless as girls of a similar age. Growing up it was always a joke if a woman took advantage of a boy at any age after 12. It wasn't something to be feared and would probably come with bragging rights.

Since there are inherently less gay pedophiles due to the nature of homosexuals being a minority, they’re far more likely to go after the real thing instead of using a substitute. Very similar case for female pedos. Much less sexually pursuant, so the ones that are pedophiles just get jobs at schools instead of flicking the bean to cartoon kids.

That's why Vivienne Medrano isn't getting much flack, she isn't a Lolicon despite nearly every character she draws as male is somewhat feminine. But its crazy, because the same people who find Lolicon repulsive turns a blind eye to Shotacon almost as if they are believing men can't be abused.
