Why or why shouldn’t jannies on the farms be paid?

It should be run on a percentage heavily weighted by seniority and participation. Theoretically, KiwiFarms is making 50k a month surplus, the shit janny that hangs out in chat all day c*nnyposting gets, like, 3.50, but the janny that's day-in-day out sweeping and merging and shit should get, like, 2-5% of that. Naturally, the percenteges would probably be extremely dependent on the ability to generate a continuous surplus, so not any of what Null's getting donated, but whatever monetization the farms would ever, magically be able to secure. As well as being dependent on the amount of jannies around, if there are 20 hard working jannies you couldn't possibly give out 5% to each, that's the entire pot. Just a thought, I'm sure somebody's came up with something like this before. A real question would be, how the fuck could the site manage to be monetized without spreading corruption.
