Will lolcow.email ever be fixed to receive new mail?

I thought the message notice above was about the site finally accepting new emails in the inbox sent from websites/other people, but after sending a few test messages, I have yet to see them showup in my inbox for my accounts. So I guess it was more about account confirmation emails sent from here.
Will lolcow.email ever fix this issue in the near future? It's been like this for who knows how long now, and I can't seem to send emails out to other addresses either as it always says the addresses are "blacklisted" despite me never putting in any exclusions.

First time back to the Farms in a while. I have a pretty old account that got locked after the 2022 breach and can't unlock it because email verification for my lolcow.email never receives anything from Kiwifarms. Is that account basically fucked?
