Some of you may have heard of this story in A&N, an innocent man has been locked up in jail. A victim of a corrupt medical system along with a malicious police department that target and bully people for literally no reason whatsoever!

Poor poor Mr. Robert McDougal here is now enjoying jail for A-Logging his doctor a little too much.

As you can clearly tell, his reaction is totally normal and he is not at all batshit insane!
1739787659539.png
But who is this vile medical butcherer who tricked Mr. McDougal into scarring himself up?

Meet Dr. Jared Conte Frattini. The target of Robert McDougal's threats and stalking.

Charming. But enough of that, why don't we dive right into Robert McDougal's history?

Early Life
Robert was seemingly born in California, most likely in 1996, and spent most of his life there. His internet presence seemingly began in the late 2000's, his first Youtube channel being created on the 1st of January 2012.
1739788668591.png

His second was created over a year later on the 10th of November 2013, though it would remain vacant of videos for many years.
1739788701710.png

The first video on his first channel was a review of Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked.

He also at one point had his own website, which he self promotes here:

In 2017 Robert McDougal began to display his violent temper when he kicked out and given a permanent restraining order from the Orange Coast College for carving a swastika and "NIGGER" into two OCC campus safety vehicles.

Even Reddit managed to pick up on this story, most of the comments were the usual response from Redditors, although one stood out:

Then in February of 2020, one of the biggest changes in Robert's life occurred. He was admitted to a hospital in the Pasco County of Florida under the care of Dr. Jared Conte Frattini in order to treat his Ulcerative Colitis. There Dr. Jared Frattini removed Robert's colon and rectum as part of a J-Pouch surgical treatment.

Robert claims to have been first diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when he was 16 back in 2012.

You can see a bit of foreshadowing for Roberts future behaviour here along with some more information about himself, a motion filed in one of Roberts many brushes with the legal system.

Post-Surgery

On the 18th of October 2020, Robert would return to Youtube on his second channel, putting out the first of many rants against Dr. Jared Frattini. Even this early on he hated Jared Frattini enough to threaten his family.

He just so happened to get arrested a few months prior back in June. (Tasing occurs at 2:50)

Robert elaborates more on what happened in a massive schizo rant in the description:

Along with a nearly 48 minute long video where he discusses Florida's "pig problem".

But as we all know, all good things must come to an end.

Arrest and current status
Robert was arrested on the 2nd of May 2024 on a federal count of interstate domestic violence and stalking towards Dr. Jared Frattini.

When this thread was made, Robert was seemingly out of jail and seemingly under house arrest in Orange County, Florida. It is still unknown if he was still active on the internet under an alternate identity during that period or if there were any restrictions on the usage of his devices.

However on the 24th of March 2025, Robert McDougal appeared in court and pled guilty to the charges put against him. He faces up to 25 years in a federal prison.

To make a long story short "just living with it" when it's that severe and common is a retarded thought because the damage has already been done even if they found a drug that could put it back into remission, but even though the bag and the subsequent pouch are a hundred times better option than just living with active UC and at that point the only option compared to shitting yourself to a slow and painful death it's still a very mentally challenging process.

Think about it this way.
  • You've been living relatively healthy all your life, mainly going to hospitals for check ins and having your body unfuck whatever minor issue it has or had in weeks.
  • You get something that makes you shit blood. Every now and then it peaks and leaves, sometimes your meds help and sometimes they don't.
  • Suddenly you're put in a position where you're told you need a surgery based on this or that.(I fully believe if a CT revealed something he's fucking lucky it didn't get to an even worse point). And most likely it's going to be your first ever surgery.
  • You go into surgery and you come out with all sorts of shit sticking out of you. Tubes coming out of your gut and stuck in your throat/nose, shoved up your dick and you're practically lugging around 5 different clear bags filling up with all sorts of fluids you wish you've never seen
  • You also have this weird plastic thing glued to your gut. At some point you'll be made painfully aware of it and the realization that your life will for the foreseeable future fall into a routine of it needing to be emptied and that not even sleep will pause it.
  • You'll be weak and need to be assisted with everything. You'll be sore all over and it'll never seem to subside. You'll be damn hungry and constantly be told to have to wait a week or days and have to make do with small butterscotch candy. Then at some point you'll probably have to change the bag and you'll realize just what exactly is underneath it and that alone is one of the toughest things to accept mentally.
    • Especially if it involved a leak in the bag or the stand and it has to be changed which will also be one of the more humiliating points in your life with the worst part being it was nothing you could control and none of it was due to your actions, this isn't karma or consequences it's just "natural".
  • He says he's been in hospital for months which implies weeks of doing nothing but lying in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable hospital bed, never getting any real sleep, or good food, with only the worried faces of his family members to keep him company and countless instances of being pricked, prodded, being given awful feeling or tasting drugs and has probably enough needle marks to make him look like a junkie.
In my case since I was extremely ill at the time and had spent a month prior unable to eat or drink anything in hospital, involved no suitable areas for an IV to be placed with the exception of my neck, three times. It's not a fun experience.
  • And it's all unfamiliar and painful to you with the doctors trying to reassure you with what feels like nothing but platitudes, because if things are getting better you're not feeling it and if things are getting worse they'll not tell you and the truth is wrapped up in mountains of medical mumbo jumbo you'll never understand in a million years.
  • If you get out of hospital; you're withered, tired all the time, can barely walk 10 seconds before you gas out, constantly have to have someone assist you with things which is humiliating and feels degrading, have to carry the mental weight of having this digusting looking thing sticking out of your gut, being worried about anything coming into contact with it and internally cringing at the numb sensation you get when it's touched or moving, you get side effects from the surgery like infections and aches and deep vein thrombosis and you have a mountain of drugs to take on an hourly basis, some of it is fine, some of it tastes great and is arguably the best part of your day(thanks, Danone Forticare) and some of it will taste like the vilest goblin piss to ever grace your taste buds and you're expected to have that shit three huge glasses a day and you feel like you've been swindled.

You'd go mental if you didn't have a lot of support which it looks like he didn't, he has his parents but this is as much of a difficult lifestyle change for them as it is for him and he's already had his fair share of mental issues since he's a reddit user. It feels very tough and since at that point you've been seeing nothing but lows it becomes very difficult to focus on what's actually improving for a change. Either you eventually accept it and you start noticing all the silver linings and live with it until you return to relative normal(you become like 95% normal instead of 100% normal) or keep dwelling on it and at that point I think this road leads to suicide or other unsavory thoughts.

If any of you have family members in this situation make sure to help them out as much as you can. Objectively it's a relatively minor thing, it's not God forbid cancer or Chrons, but it's a massive mental challenge because for them just something that comes out of nowhere and there's nothing they can do about it while they sink deeper and deeper into more vulnerable situations and just have to tough it out.

or maybe I was just a fucking pussy, who knows.

I have some sympathy for the guy, those before and after photos are rough. Many doctors have shitty bedside manner and will tell you that whatever you're experiencing is a nothingburger because you're not even dying, while being healthy and whole themselves, and having no personal experience with how badly medical issues can impede your life. That said, McDougal had serious anger issues before the operation, and it's good that the justice system gave him a little time out.

What's he doing these days?

It seems like he could either be super political when health care is involved, or he could stay focused on his own situation. Probably best if he didn't take notice of the UHC shooting.

From what I've seen while researching Robert McDougal, it's entirely possible that he might be out already. I'll look deeper into it later and update the OP accordingly.

He seems like the kind of dude to send out a lot of letters, Francis E. Dec-style, but it'd be up to the recipients to decide whether to shred that, tell the cops, or post it online with good keywords.

So the doctor did it accidentally or what? I'm not familiar with what exactly happens with ulcerative colitis (I think there was a model on the TV show The Traitors that had it). It's where you have to use a colostomy bag permanently no?

No. He was going to die so they did emergency surgery on him. He advertises himself as a "Large intestine seeker." because they had to cut out large amounts of his large intestine and I think all of the colon+rectum. Unfortunately his family kinda supported his delusions and intention to murder the doctor.
Hopefully they seclusion him in jail/prison. Niggerdick stinkypoopoo rape dungeons of America have been known to use the "side hole" of ostomy patients.

The executive summary is that ulcerative colitis is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and ulcers in the large intestine/colon.

As with a lot of autoimmune diseases, it can flare and subside, and be treated with prophylactic medication. Also as with other autoimmune diseases, these medications are crazy expensive, and insurance will make you try the cheaper ones first. I bet prednisone will fix you~~

McDougal went to the hospital during a flare-up and the doctor on call told him he needed a colectomy, because the inflammation was so bad and the tissue was so delicate that he was likely to perforate and end up with an abdomen full of stool. (This is not an outrageous thing to hear with UC.)

Then McDougal went on to have a ton of operative complications, including repeated sepsis and pneumonia, and a traumatically-long ICU stay. Big surgery, and damaged, weak tissue to anastomose; I don't think there was a smoking gun that it was the surgeon's fault vs. bad luck or poor postop care.

Now he's perseverating on the loss of his colon: without it, he'll never get to try the medication that was next on his list, the med that might have worked for his UC if he'd gotten to take it.

A lot of people with UC do end up deciding on an ostomy non-emergently, after years of suffering; they're tired of the cycle, and it's at least a condition where you can remove all the tissue that's offending your immune system. McDougal was young, and still in the optimistic phase of looking for the right medication. This was a big change to happen overnight even if it might have happened eventually.

eta: scroll up to @BiggestKai 's post, honestly.

He seems to have a thing for Transhumanism from what I've seen, presumably with the idea that his large intestine could be regrown.

I've never done this before. Hopefully I don't fuck it up, but let me know if I do so I can fix it. Also idk if these have been posted yet. He's my favorite cow <3
