  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

World Net Daily is a rightwing tabloid that is extremely paranoid about how Obama/Clinton/marxists are plotting to enslave Americans under a socialist tyrannical government.
They were major distributors of the "birther" conspiracy theories and of other conspiracy theories.

they often advocate nutty political solutions to problems, such as secession:

prosecuting liberal journalists for treason:

a coup d'etat :

reaction to when they sent some of their stuff to other news organizations

  • “Ridiculous crap,” responded John Oswald, news editor of for the New York Daily News.
  • “Never, ever contact me again,” wrote Time magazine senior writer Jeffrey Kluger.
  • “This is sensational rubbish that is of no interest to any legitimate publication,” said Rana Foroohar, Newsweek deputy editor.
  • “Absolute crap,” replied Evelyn Leopold of Huffington Post and formerly of Reuters.
  • “Remove me from your list,” said Nancy Gibbs, editor-at-large for Newsweek.
  • “Seriously, get a life,” said David Knowles, AOL political writer.

B-But those are all liberal lamestream media outlets! Where are the True and Honest conservative voices like Fox News, Breitbart, Daily Caller, and National Review? Surely they are willing to spread the truth!

One thing that gets me about WND and related sites is how most of the ads are about wrinkle remover or "financial guru reveals secret to wealth!" usually involving Ron Paul or Warren Buffet. Not to mention the doomsday "prepper" supplies (emergency food, survival manuals, pocket knives, religious tracts) they sell on their store. Makes me wonder just what their target demographic is.

Speaking of preppers, they;re probably worth a topic in and of themselves.

They have the worst web design I've seen for a news website, I can't access it on my phone and the popups are some of the worst I've ever seen.

They do have some funny political cartoons:

Incidentally, these evil fucks harassed Loretta Fuddy for years before her untimely death in a plane crash, then they posted creepy conspiracy theories before the funeral even happened.

World Nut Daily is pretty much lowlife scum, and mainly for people too stupid to even be freepers.

Is it really a community, though?

It's always amused me that those who feel that the so called "lamestream media" is somehow too far to the left feel they too need to be extreme in their views but in the other direction as a form of counterweight to the "truth".

The scary part is, they don't see themselves as being extreme which is what makes them so dangerous.

Here's my writeup on some of the personalities that make up the world net daily
Joesph Farah
the head of the world net daily, former editor of the Sacramento Union and daily commentator on the world net daily.
Was a major birther and still supports the birther beliefs. Offered $15,000 to the hospital Obama was born at if they could prove he was born there, when Obama's birth certificate came out he called it fradulent and refused to pay the hospital. He took a gun into an airport by mistake. Called for secession when gay marriage was legalized, and accused Obama of spreading ebola purposefully to crash the healthcare system.

Eh, we let sites like the Mary Sue in, give it a bit to see if anything comes up.
