Like say you had something in space the size of a basketball court, but completely criss-crossed with strong ropes you could grab onto and swing from at any point, and you had a sand-filled ball with a mass approximately 200lbs or the average weight of the players that you could only touch with your feet, would that be an effective way to enough exercise in to keep your muscles from atrophing? You'd have a game where you would basically try to get the ball to a goal on the other side, constantly using the ropes to brace yourself as you push down on the ball on the direction you wanted it to go.
