Would anyone be interested in an Irish language thread? - And if so where should I post it?

So I was going to ask the staff about where I should make the thread but I figured I might as well gauge interest. No sense in making it if it's just me speaking as Gaeilge to myself. Due to the fact that very little, if any, milk is produced in Irish the thread would be for the following:

1. Coming up with Irish equivalents for terms we use here - This is actually what got me interested in this idea. Specifically, how do we say the word "lolcow" in the language. I'd give my take on it but I'd rather save that for when we have a proper thread. There are several viable options but I think that we need to settle on one.
2. Disseminate knowledge of the Irish language, (a) especially basic terms and (b) those that even Irish Kiwis might not be familiar with -
(a). I think that it would be helpful to disseminate the basic words and phrases of the language. Things like yes, no, hello, goodbye, etc. Maybe even do like a word of the day or a word of the week.
(b). While everyone who goes to school in Ireland had to learn some Gaeilge, for many it was a chore rather than a passion. Furthermore words like striapach (slut), piteog (faggot), etc. were likely not taught even to Irish Kiwis because why would our teachers tell us how to say the n word in Irish? Well I for one believe that every Irishman and Irishwoman should have the right and the knowledge to call people sluts and faggots in their native tongue. So part of it would be to disseminate those words which you might not be able to easily find online.
3. Discuss resources for learning Irish and help any Kiwi looking to learn the language - Look, I hate Plastic Paddies who have no connection to their heritage but constantly point out how Irish they are. However in my time online I've met a couple of Yanks and a Kiwi (as in a person from NZ not the farms) who genuinely wanted a connection with their heritage by learning the language. I respect that, as long as they don't do something stupid like drink green beer, and so if there's anyone on the Farms who genuinely wants to know more about the language I'd be more than happy to answer questions and point them in the right direction.
4. Improve my own grasp of the language - Yes, you heard that right. I didn't grow up in the Gaeltacht. Sure, I'm a culchie but there's stuff that even I don't know. So I mean if there are any fellow Irish Kiwis, specifically those with a better grasp of the language, even I'd be eager to learn. My vocabulary sucks too ngl.
5. Produce culture as Gaeilge for the benefit of Éire - Our government has tried and, in my opinion, failed in its duties to the national language. Sure, the language has not died out, but it is still in danger especially given demographic trends. The protection and promotion of the national language is imperative to the survival of Ireland. What happened in 1916 would have been impossible without the revival of Irish nationalism that came from the revival of the language due to the rise of the Gaelic League. It is one of the things, along with our fervent adherence to Catholicism at the time which we have sadly lost, that separated us from the British to the point that we were willing to fight and die for a free, Catholic, and Irish Ireland. If we lose our language we will be sucked even deeper into the Anglo-American cultural sphere and we will lose our country. I am under no illusion that such a thread as the one I propose will turn the tide but God damnit I am committed to doing my part by shitposting and creating memes in the tongue of my fathers.

So TL;DR am I just far too nationalistic or is this something people would be interested in? Also if people are interested where should I make the thread? I was hoping for International Clique but I'm not sure that would work since not a lot of milk is produced as Gaeilge. I mean yes there are Irish lolcows but sadly I am unaware of any who speaks the language frequently while being milked.

Yes, @Lunar Eclipse Paradox will be interested.

For points 3 and 4 maybe would make the thread lean towards "Art & Literature" territory if you reference/link books, etc, but maybe it's more appropriate to just put it "General Discussion" if that's not the main focus.

Finally, you're making a thread about a language, not a lolcow that uses that language, so whatever you're saying about "milk produced" is irrelevant. Since this is just for the language.

I don't see why not, after all, that's part of where my relatives are from, the other being Scotland.

Registered only a few weeks ago, but wants an Oirish thread for Oirish bog trotters and plastic paddies. It seems the Irish and troons have a lot in common.

This is a gossip site to poke fun at lolcows. Not a nationalist forum.

A bunch of entire boards in Kiwifarms have nothing to do with lolcows, each one having dozens of pages comprised of dozens of threads (of unrelated content).

Ultimately the mentioned thread would be focused on a language, so I don't see what the problem is.
