Woke up today and heard a guy screaming abrubtly in pain that's close enough. Nobody was there, though. Not a schizo, so no clue where that noise came from.

1st place would be a demon or murderer would be at the top of the list of worst things, I don't wanna be killed.

A child would be 2nd place, because there's no explaining that situation that doesn't end up with you in prison forever.

3rd place would be another tie, it being between any man or a female family member, it's not as bad as going killed or imprisoned for life, but the mental and emotional toll would be heavy.

Honorable mention to ugly/diseased women.

When walking a few hours ago i heard someone scream stop far off behind me and thought it was a family member. Wasn't. Similar voice to the scream so maybe some crackhead that somehow made is way tot he burbs. Never saw the guy though, very spooky.

They sometimes scream when they phase out of reality. I'm not schizophrenic either btw.
