Yeah, specific performance is an extraordinary remedy. It's only awarded when there is no other legal remedy available. Refunding the client's money is an available legal remedy, so I see no reason why a court should ever order specific performance of such a contract.

Courts will order specific performance if it is something that can be easily done and doesn't require policing it, such as transferring a title deed, delivering a ton of beans, or something that can be easily determined. They can decline to enforce a contract at all if it's illegal or against public policy (which does not necessarily mean illegal).

When someone is ordered to disgorge their profits from an otherwise unenforceable contract, it is not under contract law but the equitable principle of unjust enrichment. So if the plaintiff comes to the situation himself with unclean hands, the court can decline to make such an order.

He will justify it by telling himself he tried to work things out within the proper channels (the courts, the police, the legislative halls, etc.) and has been actively denied justice and retribution, so now he has to take matters into his own hands. He's fucking insane, and I fully believe he has underlying mental illness beyond his off-the-scale narcissism. Just look at that fake email he sent himself trying to make us to blame. That's what Shit-Lips ACTUALLY believes! That's what he's convinced himself is going on. He believes a nebulous, faceless cabal of internet trolls are working behind the scenes to deny him everything he wants and he's just an innocent victim who has been targeted because he "dared to fight for his rights". He's so far gone and out of touch with reality now that it's actually pretty concerning.

I mean, if you really think about it, nothing has really changed today. Russhole is the same loser he's always been. He couldn't get laid before, even when he tries to pay for it. Prostitutes hate him and mock him, just like they always have. People on the internet are laughing at him and discussing what a failure he is, just as they always have. His lawsuits are the same abortions that never stood a chance of winning as they were before. His PAC is a laughable joke that was never going anywhere near success, just the same as it always was. The only thing that's changed is that people on social media are making it so that Russhole is forced to be confronted with reality instead of quietly discussing it on a private corner of the internet where Russ can ignore it and continue to delude himself into believing he's a brilliant genius who is destined to be a winner. However, Russ is a mentally ill hobgoblin with crippling narcissism, so he's incapable of seeing it that way. He is incapable of making that mental disconnect that nothing has actually changed, that everything is exactly as it has been for years and just moving on with his life. He will see this all as a major attack on himself and it will just continue to add to the pressure that has already built up inside that head full of trauma lumps he has. I do feel like we are building up towards some kind of notable event in Crusty Rusty's life.

He's been more or less run out of Utah and I don't think he'll be in Nevada much longer. Russ has always had a toxic profile online, but this is spilling over. Sex Workers have a network and are effective at getting information dispersed, as we are seeing in real time. He was already banned from a number of the ranches and if there wasn't already a blanket ban throughout the state, there will be now. His PAC is done. And if I had to guess, his stalking of college campuses are going to get him in serious shit soon. Based on what he's apparently been saying to these college girls, he probably sounds like a fucking human trafficker.

This is a pretty common thing with trafficking rings - they like to use seemingly pitiable people to lure people in - often disabled or people pretending to be. It's a way to make people lower their guard - think Buffalo Bill and his "broken arm" in Silence of the Lambs.

You have Russ on college campuses, trying to recruit women into his "PAC" that involves sex work. It's only a matter of time before it goes beyond the schools telling him to fuck off. We know Russ doesn't know when to stop in situations like this. So I figure It's only a matter of time before the cops bring him in for questioning. Then they look into his history and see his stalking charge...

And of course, now that he has "grown" from who he was five years ago, his sister will see in person what a good guy he is, hook him up with one of her famous friends, who Russ moved with his talent, tales of plights, and gentlemanly attitudes. Then Katy Perry really does suck him his penis and get him his record deal.

Russ likes returning to wells again and again. Right now returning to Taylor or Ariana will just get him lambasted again since that "international news" has been revived again. He has almost definitely given up on AGT again for the time being, so what else?

I definitely think at the very least Russ is going to have to relocate in a major way shortly. And my bet is that from there he heads to LA and try to force a connection with his birth family again.
