Well it's that on top of the flat out refusal of many whites to have children. I've had conversations with white nationalists (many of whom seem to be somewhat autistic male loners - not all, though) on this matter and the amount of mental gymnastics they perform to explain away that issue is nothing short of Olympic-level. Many of them want to merely 'exist' in a white ethnostate (even though 'white' is a pretty weak conception for an ethnicity, as it lacks specificity - this is why it only really exists in (ironically) heavily mixed settler states rather than say, Europe where actual ethnicity is more tangible - you're Hungarian, Serb, German, French, etc.) without any of the responsibility of maintaining or more specifically, continuing it.

For all their talk of "save the white race" they sure ain't fit to make any babies.

At least in the United States, it always has been. If you divided the US into ethnic groups compared to the broad "white" standard that is applied in the census you'd see a lot of hilarious results. Old stock Anglos are a minority in the US. I'm white, American, but I'm not an Anglo, I'm an Irish-Catholic. I also have a very basic understanding of European history and the hatred between the "white" populations of America. It's always ethnic groups.

White Catholics were (up until these living generations) treated poorly in America. They pretty much took the country over with the Jews. That in and of itself was a dramatic demographic change for the country. It had a profound effect we don't even understand yet. But now you have a massive shift in demographics to the point where the white Catholics are a minority even with the Jews and Evangelical Anglos on their side.

I think the white nationalist movement is more of a protest against changing demographics, and a pretty pathetic one at that. This country has been falling apart for awhile, 9/11 exasperated it significantly. Look at the last 20 years and wonder why people are pissed off. It's a LARP because people are still living comfortably, but they know it's going to be over soon anyway. Thinking about it makes my head spin and makes me depressed.
