It's weird cause I've just been watching AH videos from first posted on wards, Jack used to a funny mother fucker that could rib like the rest of them, but also was just a nice guy. Some one once said Geoff kept the worst parts of his personality in check and would call his bullshit out. Maybe its true.j

I actually try to provke some of them on social media to try and get them off guard and reveal their true self some times, I am very curious about all the secrets and what its like to be in their shoes.

Not ah related but they live in a bubble and live in an echo chamber and refuse to see the other side regardless of the issue is.

One thing most people realise is that early AH were close friends. They could rip into each other in good fun. They also knew when to stop each other from making too big a fool of themselves.

Nowadays AH are just co-workers, it's unlikely they interact much outside of work, removing alot of that natural chemistry that existed.

Sounds like the normal consequence of going into business with your buddies.

I still remember the destiny 2 clusterfuck. There was a massive arguement between Ryan and Jack, and it eventually brought everyone else in. It got so bad that people thought an actual fight was about to break out.

In a later off topic Geoff admitted that he should've fired one of them, but couldn't because they were his friends.

I think that was the first Destiny game they tried the raid. This was right around the time Alfredo was hired and was trying to lead them in more high end content? I mean destiny was the first semi MMO consoles had and was pretty fun. It was a classic r/publicfreakout type event. In hindsight and as an audience member it was a great video. Living it at the time I'm sure it wasn't funny at all. I mean for Alfredo it was most likely insane as I think he had been there for less than a month?

But this was also at the point in time where they didn't have to publish every thing they recorded, so I assume some editing and discussion was taken place if they should release the video as there was zero pressure from any corporation to do so (I think, I could be wrong).

It was the destiny 2 leviathan raid. It was Jeremy that caused the event, and viewers were uncomfortable to watch it. Geoff towards the end even pointed out they were co-workers in the middle of the arguement.

If it happened today, it would end up even worse, seeing how whipped everyone is. There would be a legitimate firing, given how tense they were all day after it and they have only gotten thinner skins since then.

It made people uncomfortable? I thought it was hilarious, tbh.
The thing is that usually the anger is only played up for laughs, but in that raid it was all entirely genuine. While they later joked about it, they were genuinely concerned for Ryan's safety at the end of the day, it had gotten that tense in the office.

When you consider how the average RT fan is, the fact they had so many comments expressing discomfort was an indication of how it had gone wrong. Most who enjoyed it are like people here, they love the drama.

There's also hindsight, that people realised that it was an overreaction and especially since they had calmed down days later. What was uncomfortable at the time seems alot better when compared to watching it now knowing what Ryan did. The most recent comments are from when Ryan was outed and pointing out how it hadn't aged well, given Michael said that Ryan needed to have sex.

This all happened after I stopped watching AH, so I just went and watched the "salt raid" segment. He was going to actually fire someone over that? The fuck?
In any normal job you would would have to do something if it had gotten that bad. I'll admit he didn't say that specifically but he did say he was worried about having to fire someone over it.

Edit: he mentioned in off topic 99 that if one of them threw a punch, they would need to be fired.

Watching Last Laugh S2. The tranny does nothing but talk about sex. The black chicks do nothing but say "that's racist" and "is it because im black." Just the absolute worst.

Edit: and I cant stop seeing Michael and Fiona being way too close on the couch while Lindsay does her own thing.

Didn't watch the first season so I can't say if this is a downgrade or not.

Knowing current year, Netflix or HBO will pick it up and turn it into a full series for the sake of "muh diversity" despite the fact it's written by an amateur and very likely sucks ass.
If Stephen King can do dollar babies, why not Fiona? Points double cause she's a nignog, but then negated upon everyone realizing she's part Italian.

In other words, Geoff was genuinely happy when he was able to fire the "real" troublemaker.

Out of anyone, I’d imagine Geoff was probably the most upset about what happened with Ryan, honestly. He’s the one that actually seemed to care about everyone the most and thinking of them as friends more than coworkers.
