I'm only a semi medkiwi but how does cancer metastasize from a non cancerous tumour?(Once again prefacing with my disclaimer: if any med kiwis point out that I’m wrong about her cancer faking, lmk and I’ll stfu)
Today, our friend Victoria-who claims the munchie combo platter plus hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, supranumary kidney, former conjoined twin, and two sets of mitochondrial DNA- is so so sick with metastatic cancer she got from a botched surgery to remove a non cancerous pheochromocytoma but no meanie doctor will really believe her or treat her. So weird because I’ve never ever heard about anyone with stage 3 or 4 cancer having difficulty with doctors believing there’s something wrong.
Also worth mentioning- she said in the comment section of one of her previous posts that she and her doctors have no idea how hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia affects her; that’s a super weird claim because a cursory google search shows that, uh, bleeding from the nose and digestive tract and cerebral hemorrhage are pretty clear first signs. I love it when munchies claim an illness without even researching it first![]()
In terms of the stages of cancer they are about how it's spread. So I suppose technically if she has these slow growing micro tumours that are a matter of watchful waiting and they've gone from the original tissue to a lymph node then *technically* that's stage 3. But this sounds like the kind of cancer you live with not die of. If it's not completely fabricated.
Some info about microtumours

Micrometastases in Lymph Nodes and Finding the Right Treatment
Micrometastases are formed by cells that break off from the main tumor. They're too small to be seen by scans and are the reason for adjuvant therapy.
Sounds like if they really are there and really are cancerous a quick round of adjuvant chemo should do the trick.
