The three she's talking about, Antisocial, Borderline, and Narcissistic personality disorder are all part of the same personality group where traits can and will overlap with each other. If you have Borderline, you could very well have some of the cuntbag traits of the other three in the category, and vice-versa for the rest. She's very optimistic in hoping no one notices this, and is probably a reason she's downplaying them (borderlines focus hard on the image others have of them).
She is also hilariously wrong. Theoretically, you can get neglected or abused by any douchebag with or without mental illness, but there's a reason there's narcissist support groups (when they're not just mad reddit teens bitching about mommy and daddy not letting them go to a convention). It's usually more manipulative, more intense, and more long lasting iirc. "Golden children", aka the child the Narcissist chooses to turn into a mini me, usually have one hell of a time freeing themselves from how overbearing their parent is/was, as the parents are incredibly persistent. Then you got the rest of the litter who get more neglected or abused and have plenty of issues from that. Overall, it is a wild ride.

Borderlines are human tornados, and can be just as manipulative as Antisocial and Narcissist. Borderlines have a chance of having enough empathy that they don't want to cause destruction, but do it anyway because they're tornadoes without breaks worse, it can be combined with bipolar, which REALLY swings the moods in addition to the very quick cycling they already have). It takes a lot to manage and maintain, with a higher chance of early death due to risky behaviors like drugs, sex, and so on. It is an awful condition and there's a reason you can find a number of bpd cows on the farms.
TL;DR: she's spewing shit and I would not have sex with her or narcs. I also don't have sympathy for people who don't care about others, piss off. They were born bastards and will die bastards.
