So yeah, looks like the liquor is getting bought on a weekly basis.

So is he ordering it in the evening? Cause usually If I know I go out that day for a long period of time, I dont order anything for that day.

So, if Phil is just buying booze for himself, you can see where he is hurting for cash and buying low shelf (not bottom unless multiple bottles) and when he is buying higher shelf.

I would assume it's being picked up from the liquor store that was linked earlier as part of their day shopping.
