Maybe in the sense that they're both fat, greasy, Mediterranean, unfunny and live dead center in the America's two major urban shitholes, but Asterios was actually amusing at rare instances and I still kinda pity him for being screwed over by Dax following the foregone conclusion of the lolsuit. Vito's just kind of a spineless chode.

Asterios is unfunny because he wants to be acceptable to the unfunny libtard comedy crowd. Vito is unfunny by his very nature. There is no wasted potential in Vito.
EDIT: Consider how much the "playing a role" cover helped Dax over the years. When Asterios was gearing up to fight that Trump guy, he tried stupid stunts like "training" by eating Chicken McNuggets. Dax scoffed and stamped his little feet, because that's clearly not how serious professional fighters prepare.
At the time, I thought he was just playing the straight man. Now that I realize how not straight he really is, I can see that Dax didn't understand the joke and just wanted to brag about his Kung Fu.

Asterios was only funny when he had someone to bounce off of, usually someone with opposing views so they could have some friendly bantz. I personally enjoyed Boomer vs Zoomer with Mumkey, but then the Lou shit happened and I do feel that Asterios had an active part in how that went down, mainly via giving Mumkey drugs. Do not take that as a source, that's just my schizoid theory.
Vito used to be able to be funny, vaping gamergirl bathwater was a funny gag for example, but once he got sucked into the Dick Continuum he either adapted to meet Dick's ideas for money, ie lolicon, or more likely just had a platform where he would get less pushback.

I don't think they exist. He is an unfunny parasite, with no real personality. I can't even describe what he is, he is totally unmemorable.
The only exceptional thing about him is his size, which I think is why I hate him. He is naturally unaesthetic, because this empty nothing of a person takes up so much physical space, my brain resents it, and is disgusted by him.
He is only the cohost to dick because he needed to find someone who would be dependant on him, not as funny/funnier than him, a foil who he can get the audience to beat on who wont derail and go insane.

He's a particular kind of annoying I've seen more and more of lately: a woke guy who's trying to be edgy in the safest possible ways, so that he doesn't risk provoking the Los Angeles woke mob and getting cancelled. He'll make jokes alluding to himself being a pedophile day and night, but he'll have a heart attack if you try to get him to say "faggot". He's also got a whole motif where he's ostensibly into video games, despite never really talking much about games he actually enjoys, and if it's something your average 30-something male Reddit consoomer would enjoy, he probably does too.
