This pandemic will basically cease to exist the second people stop engaging with testing. People are only doing it in the UK because they know, at the moment, a positive test will mean paid time off work, at full pay, even if their employer only uses the Government-mandated statutory sick pay scheme, which pays £98 a week, irrespective of actual earnings.

Sooner this stops, the sooner people will stop getting tested, the sooner "cases" fall, the sooner they Government has one less stick to beat us with.

If you come up to those idiots and meet autism with autism you are just making a fool of yourself. They do it to get views on retards breaking down and doing little sissy slaps. Two party recording laws only apply to private conversations, in places where there would be a reasonable expectation of privacy. Reasonable expectation can be amorphous and depends on the fact finder (judge or jury.) So recording someone at a restaurant minding their own business having a conversation would probably be a violation, recording someone shouting on the corner about the Jews to a small crowd would not.

The California laws in particular only covers communications, so taking a photo of someone in a public place having a private phone conversation would not be covered. Its why paparazzi can still exist out there.

I think it's important to keep such things legal, as there's plenty of times that we need those photos of evidence of a specific situation at a specific time. If a photographer is being a nutcase, you're perfectly within your rights to leave the public area, put on a hat, or call a cop to watch you both argue (I've had this happen. The cops and I both knew the rules and it stayed very civil).

There is absolutely no evidence that pregnant women are at higher risk of death from Covid than anyone else.
