Bank Documents [18-Sept-2021] - Didn't learn a thing from the bankruptcy

I'd even go as far as to say that since wings is creating a copy of the leaks that wouldn't otherwise exist had he not posted it, a determined prosecutor could (probably) treat him like he's the one leaking it.

I'm no fancy lawyer or nothing tho.
I believe it is illegal to actually get the bank documents like the act of it. Its not illegal to look at though? IDK lol but I think it coincides with Identity theft and fraud kind of.

Why not? He hasn't done anything wrong. The government has only helped him deal with his problems.

I am sort of dismayed by the people celebrating this as the FINAL NAIL. Or even hoping there will be a FINAL NAIL at all. They're just going to be disappointed. Phil's fans don't care.
...

One of my biggest grievances with this board in particular is that, more so here than anywhere else, people are waiting for it to stop. That's unusual. Most people are just along for the ride. DSP is not hurting you by playing video games for money. He is not doing anything wrong. He is allowed to spend the money he makes however he pleases. It's not up to you to decide who gives money, who receives money, who marries Phil, where Phil gets to live, or whatever. It does feel like genuine jealousy and anger that Phil is able to enable himself through livestreaming games.

If you are one of these people who is rooting for the day that Phil has to resign and go work at Walmart or something, you're in for a very rough time. The loss conditions for Phil are very steep and out of your control. The only things which can prevent Phil from streaming and making money off his few hardcore supporters are things which Phil himself must action. The more you try to victimize him and compel him to stop, the harder the core fans will circle the wagons.
Do you have an opinion on using the Queen of Pole Bryan Dunn treatment on the suspected DSP-mod/fraud-conducting sonichu-in-whale's-clothing in this subforum? Confine them to their own thread and merge their backup profiles into the master outed one instead of entertaining their attention seeking fetish would be an improvement or not in your opinion? The wanting to know how it ends fallacy drives the autistic obsession with wrestling in a lot of fans of Phil's ilk too, that's an interesting fallacy the regular audience here can fall into I find, an abyss gazes back situation for certain.

Nigga, what? You are aware that he gaslights mentally challenged people every day, right?
They shouldn't be allowed online unsupervised so that's on them and their lack of competent at their tasks tard wranglers.

I love when this forum's weaponized autism abilities to absolutely wreck a lolcow's shit rubs off from Phil's area into the beauty parlor, this should get a nice splinter effect in there later this year or early next hopefully!

Wings posting that will definitely make it harder for DSP to ignore on stream.
Maybe this is how DSP wins his "war on the farms". It would be doubly hilarious if Phil did this himself to try and take down KF and he just blew his own foot off, but that's too autistic.

IMO in the grand scheme of things, this is basically only cementing stuff we already knew or suspected. Phil being terrible with money is on the same level of water being wet. It's kinda neat to find out some finer details, but we already knew he was still whaling on WWE and overspending in general.

The bigger issue is that there could be fallout from this. This gets deep into touching shit territory. Phil may have a case over negligence with BoA and the OP's that did the leaking need to be really careful here. (If it's not too late.) As Null said, this gets into identity theft territory and he'll be obligated to comply with any/all court orders. The OP's are newer accounts, but I'm wondering if they covered their IP addresses and device usage...

If the wheelchair-whale-tipping-tards become morally outraged about finding out where they "thought" their money was going but continue to tip DSP regardless, than yeah at the end of the day you're still a massive faggot and should be put into a home and lose access to all your financials.

In theory if he stopped now in 12 months he could have 24-36k in the bank.
That's a best case scenario if he quit the WWE gacha addiction, liquor and improved his overall lifestyle. Even if he quits the gacha and gin, he would still be spending alot of money on take-out and extra stuff he doesn't need. Not to mention he would still continue to spend potentially hundreds of dollars on video games every month.

Knowing Phil, he would find a way to blow that extra money on stuff he doesn't need instead of paying more than the bare minimum on his home or putting it into savings.

I'd bet a testicle that it is someone from Phil's circle, thus a literal tard, so no... they probably did not practice any form of security.

Also why he will never ever do another house tour, ever again. I also have no doubt anymore that he proper well finessed his bankruptcy. He surely hid some money and appliances during his bankruptcy.
Well done Phil, well done.

This is absolutely why. Remember when he took one of his shitty instagram pictures and accidentally revealed he had bought yet another Keurig?

Someone mentioned during the bankruptcy that because of covid inspectors may not be doing asset checks in-house. Covid really was the best thing to happen to DSP.

I'd like to add a final thought - now that we really know his bills and his budget ...if he did quit gin, gotcha, and exorbitant spending on food and had a reasonable budget...how much would he actually put away in savings? In theory if he stopped now in 12 months he could have 24-36k in the bank.
In theory he could be saving upwards of 4-5k EVERY SINGLE MONTH if all he did was pay for the essentials, mortgage and decided to cook at home rather than ordering takeout 24/7.

Even if you're a McD wageslave that puts away 100 bucks every month, you're still in a better financial situation than Phillip is right now.

You really think that after his stream, he turns YouTube Mode OFF, manually leans back, rubs the palms of his hands together as the lighting slowly dims to a deep darkness around him?

He is not Dick Dastardly. He is a middle-aged man with a gambling addiction. He will justify spending the money his whalechairs give him because he will see it as being money well earned due to him being the Number 1 Beloved Video Game Streamer of the Silent Majority™.

Except that his expenses aren't just Bejeweled. It's a lot of unnecessary money spent with takeout and expensive restaurants.

So yeah, unless you have a better explanation for why he insists on acting as if he's on the verge of becoming destitute while at the same time spending absurd amounts of money on food, I don't see how he doesn't enjoy being a liar.

If anything these videos should definitively stop people from getting so damn upset every time a whale pops in with a fifty dollar MASSIVE CONTRIBUTION. We now know for a fact that yes, Phil pisses away every cent he gets in tips on frivolous spending in the same day. (I mean, plenty of users in this forum could tell you that without a doubt anyway, that’s besides the point)
The fact that [Redacted] is trying to shack it up with the users here shows that not even he can refute that the twenty grand he’s given to Phil over the span of two years has been put towards nothing meaningful.
There’s no need for there to be drama in the thread over the damn Tips Goal. It’s literally irrelevant, we know it’s just drinking money. Granted, Phil’s so boring that watching him sweat over a low Tips Goal is most of the appeal nowadays, just stop getting up in arms over the whaling. It ends with regret and always will.

Lads could this be the incident?

Phil claimed to have tipped both times, bloke even went out of his way to Tweet about it.

What is his endgame? to live it up as much as possible then be broke later? one of the most surprising things about DSP is that he doesn't hoard his money like a goblin.
It's pretty simple, Phil lives for the moment and his charges show that. He buys and does what he wants in the moment, which is usually eating fast food, drinking booze, and playing WWE champions to his heart's content. The future is somebody else's problem.
