Bank Documents [18-Sept-2021] - Didn't learn a thing from the bankruptcy

How do you fuck up this badly? I cannot fathom the situation Phil has gotten into and the worst part of the entire thing is that this isn't his first rodeo with this.
It's easy when you're an ignorant, know-nothing douche that thinks you're somehow better than everyone else for absolutely no justifiable reason.
So whats the damage with this?
Massive gem damage

He says "I need mo' money fo' dem programs" and they give it to them. A fool and his money are easily parted, so if it wasn't DSP it'd be something else. Don't cry over somebody else's money.

There is no coercion or criminal element. Saying people like @BSV are "mentally challenged" might be accurate in some degree but to pretend they don't have agency enough to decide where to put their money is lying to yourself.

To a much stronger degree, Phil is also victim to these games which prey on people with low self-control and addictive personalities. So by your logic the real victim here is Phil. If not for the gaslighting Chinese mobile game developers, he'd not even need mo' money fo' dem programs, yea? But no, you'd not extend that to Phil. So just tell the truth. You don't like him and you don't think he should be able to do what you believe to be a comfortable job.
Is an evil person doing evil things to less intelligent people any less evil because the victims, in your mind, were going to spend it on something stupid anyways? Is he less deserving of condemnation because his scamming was being used to fuel an addiction he "supposedly" has no control over? Is addiction basically the equivalent of an insanity plea for you? That they have no capacity whatsoever to change their ways or keep themselves in check?

Even if we say "Well his whales still have agency! They should have done their homework and known better!", their error is an innocent mistake. What Phil has done was intentional. He knew he was lying when he asked for the tips to pay for "bills". Both Phil and his whales are fallible people who had the agency to say "I'm not gonna do that", but the difference is that what Phil knowingly did was immoral, and he deserves to pay for that.

Also, "gaslighting" isn't exactly the term I would use to describe how these Chinese companies keep their playerbase spending. They don't lie or distort reality the same way Phil does about how much he spends, where his mystery purchases come from or when his bills are due. They are still pernicious in their methodology, but using "gaslighting" to describe what they're doing is an equivocation fallacy. Most mobile games are very upfront about their predatory practices. There is no smoke and mirrors, in the same way a slot machine has no secrets, just gullible people willing to take a chance.

While everyone is amazed by the gacha spending, what stands out to me is the food spending. Even accounting for massive waste and overpaying. I think the amount spent on food is far too much for two people, even of DSP's size... What I'm saying is I think Kat is fat; perhaps Amberesque.

Does anyone know if his youtube paycheck is still able to cover his mortgage/tax/etc like his twitch paycheck did? I'm guessing not.

I don't know man. I'm going to be a hypocrite about it I guess.

I was fine with the credit reports leaking because countless companies can run those and they're not really PII in the same way as a fully unredacted account statement. But identity theft to gain access to his bank account feels fucked, especially for this purpose, of finding out that—shock and horror—DSP spends most of his money on food, gin, and gacha, and lies about it constantly. And after today, DSP is going to spend most of his money on food, gin, and gacha, and lie about it constantly. Except now he has a case for identity theft and the evidence all neatly laid out on the forums.

I don't care if DSP "succeeds"/"fails" in life, and I could give less than a fuck about the paypigs. I'm not some kind of force for good in the world and I don't care if DSP or anyone involved in him gets their "comeuppance" or whatever anyone here imagines that to be. I just don't get why, if you wanted to become a massive legal liability, this is the crime you'd commit. Or, if so, why you'd disseminate it to the forums to make the situation worse. It's like using a nuclear missile to eliminate a rodent infestation. I generally thought this site was non-interventionist if people's lives weren't at stake, and the collation being done was all of shit that could be found publicly. This skews things for me.

Eh.

I... Wait... No... He can't possibly have spent more in a fucking shitty gacha mobile game about sweaty men hugging each other right? As the OP mentioned he went off of apple receipts and crap. Surely he's used apple pay for things outside of that game right?

He can't possibly be wasting more than 8k on a shitty game like that. I know he's dumb but that dumb???

I think he has an adopted sister? Or was that just false lore. Either way- Yes that money will be gone quick.
You know she'll get the bulk because she was the responsible one.
Phil has the booze delivered to the Snort Fort. At least I pray that it's true for his liver's sake.
It would explain his jumping up hearing a vehicle if he was out of booze and jonesing for a delivery.

wonder what he's talking about

Blorfgh - I finished transcribing parts 4 and 5 of the videos. Now we have coverage from 2/1/2021 to 9/17/2021.
Obligatory disclaimer: I didn't break into the account, I didn't call the bank, I didn't make the videos, blah blah blah. I'm just the typist.

Debits and credits files are attached - I think it's too big to keep pasting in as a table.
I rearranged it a bit and changed "Preauthorized payment" into a flag column rather than having it in the text every time.

What's with some of the weird credits he gets?
2x $1000.00 "mobile banking deposits" on 3/12 - is this actually a whale Venmo'ing him money directly or something?
And on 3/8 he gets credited 3 times for a few hundred bucks apiece. Did he make that much money that day, or what?

I also wonder what the occasional "international transaction fee" is. What does he buy from overseas, WWE Champions pulls in GBP?

There's a charge that recurs a few times that sounds like "Hallie Burtis JR Freshmax" and I have no idea what that is.

Also, the credits don't seem to be complete, we see no credits between May and August. Ask the guy who made the phone call, I guess.

I'm late to the party but I sympathize with your look on DSP. DSP is just a litmus test for how much you can tolerate the median American. He like many others fails their way to success, uses everyone around them to keep upwardly mobile financially while hemorrhaging out cash to fill the void, he proclaims that the amount of hours he puts into what makes him money is hard work without realizing what hard work entails to people in lower economic situations than themselves. He gorges himself on materialistic institutions and convenience, yet is befuddled at how his large income can't seem to cover his lavish lifestyle. He's not entirely too intelligent and his world view is colored by whatever opinion he's more likely to accept as his own at any given time. Some people laugh, some people get jealous, some just don't care enough to see any problem in it because really as far as the society we built goes nothing he's doing is even really morally wrong. As far as cows goes, the only reason it's him instead of millions of others in his slot is the hill he's decided to die on is visible and easy to document for this forum's needs.

hmmm, sorry I'm fixated on why his BoA account was frozen for being sus of fraud...

Could it be that BoA saw the $16.51 repeatedly and thought something was wrong?

I know from experience that they used to be very hard up on protecting people. I had my account locked for unusual spending, not like DPS locked where they made it so I couldn't do jack shit with it but I couldn't get money. It was something really stupid like a coffee, tank of gas and a $5 DLC.

that was a while ago and they've since eased up unless you ask for the extra security. So, did mama Brunello make Phil put that on his account knowing he's not mature enough to handle money? Was it just a random check on an account that was having a lot of transactions, then seeing the person is in chapter 7 they thought this was very odd...which I mean they aren't wrong? Is he writing bad checks?

Did he even know until this broke on the farms? He's a moron he would actually think he owes BoA $888k, and if a chicken sandwich sends him off into a tissy I can't imagine he's ok with this.

though he's pretty much non-reaction so far for something even he could easily spin into the trolls ruined my life look they go as far as stealing his identity which is illegal so you yes you, fuck you. I have a tiny tiny bit of doubt that's making me question if this is some reverse gayops.

There is something that feels off to me about this.

I barely understand @Null's argument at this point.

Trust me, most people just want to point and laugh, but Null is the one coming here trying to ruin the fun by grandstanding. He did the same shit when Twitch kicked Phil out of the partnership program.
Phil is oddly really defended by people compared to a lot of other cows for some reason.

Could be, or it could be more money from Mama Burnell. Those could be $1000 checks from her that he deposited with a bank app.
I also wonder what the occasional "international transaction fee" is. What does he buy from overseas, WWE Champions pulls in GBP?
Tip conversions from foreign viewers?
hmmm, sorry I'm fixated on why his BoA account was frozen for being sus of fraud...
I mean, there were multiple people dialing into his account and getting the balance and recent transactions. That's going to set off pretty much any fraud system.
