Bank Documents [18-Sept-2021] - Didn't learn a thing from the bankruptcy

I think the biggest surprise in that chart is that “grooming” expenses even show up. I mean we do mean “grooming” as in “personal hygiene” and not the other thing involving underaged fan girls, right? … right? Y’know what, forget I asked, because after the past few months, I don’t think we’re mentally prepared for an answer anymore.

oh and “unknown” is Porn. Phil is the type of moron to pay for porn.
Funny thing is, if Phil legit gambled, he would have AT LEAST made some money back.
Online casino gambling, lotto, scratch cards etc... they are made for you to lose money, but if you spend that much as Phil, you get some money back.

Those wrestler .jpegs are not only worth nothing, but he doesn't even technically own them.
It would be a better business decision for him to buy actual physical wrestling trading cards.
It would probably be cheaper just to buy a wrestler.

That's a whole lot of words to say "I can't explain the difference." There's not a single reason in there.

We paint you with broad strokes because no one other than you guys cares enough about the mean old horrible man who plays the vidya bad for monies to waste time on it. Meanwhile you guys keep this dude in the spotlight, keep his name in people's mouth, and then rail about how you want him to fall. It's a symbiotic relationship (see mutualism). One doesn't exist without the other.

People come in here when he front pages because most of us forget he exists 99.9% of the time otherwise and all we see is you guys screaming about oiled up wrestlers and how mad you are about the money he makes. It's not giving the cool, above it all impression you think it is.
Tbh, screaming about how retarded he's because he dumped 2k in the latest Hogan while his #1 fan is retweeting scat porn is top tier content. I for one enjoy the schizoposting happening in the OIC thread and the autistic detailing of his finances.

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Where I take umbrage is people, Null included, painting this sub with the same broad strokes when people have laid out very clearly, again and again, why we dislike Phil.
While I'm one of those that is waiting for Phil to lose his khando, his wife, his everything... I do it because Phil is a real life equivalent a silly cartoon that I laugh at. And the best comedy is when Phil isn't getting money. I think very few, if any now with ample proof of what a fuckup Phil is, are here out of pure jealousy and/or hatred of Phil.

There's also the e-begging aspect which Null has no problem with along with many on the internet today. That's where I think there's a disconnect as well because Phil's e-begging is the vast majority of what detractors talk about as it's all Phil does these days. I view that e-begging behavior as pathetic, especially in Phil's situation, but many people don't have any issue with it and thus, these people don't find much humor in Phil. You're wrong and today's society is retarded, but that's your opinion.

I have a legal question and I apologize if it has already has been answered.

Does DSP have an actual feasible lawsuit against BoA? Could DSP sue over an expectation of privacy for his finances?
Probably, although I don't know whether Bank of America's current contract for checking accounts has an arbitration clause. Their credit card agreement does, but they fairly recently decided to quit enforcing it. I'm not sure if he could prove damages enough to make it practical. He should probably get a free consultation from someone who does that kind of work. If there is anything there, he could probably shake some money out of them for this bullshit.

This is purely speculative on my part and possibly retarded / making a mountain out of a molehill, but regarding that charge to “tattle.com”, I gave the website a check (assuming it’s possible the charge is actually from there and not another app or unrelated site) and found this:

I really wouldn’t think much of this is if weren’t for those odd instances people have brought up about DSP communicating with weird Chinese Twitter pages.

Again, purely speculative, but could Phil have been spitballing ideas and decided to do some small time targeted ads towards bug people? Sounds kinda absurd, but I could actually see him giving it a shot under the logic of “bug people like vidyagames rite guys?” Especially if it’s that cheap to try. I guess it being that cheap in and of itself might make my premise kinda absurd, I just don’t know what that charge could be from and the name caught my attention, as it sounds possibly nefarious just in the name.

Unless someone actually got money out of his account or something, I think he'd have a hard time getting anywhere worthwhile. There's also the consideration that if they've offered some sort of two-factor authentication (like needing to know a 4 digit PIN along with the account number + SSN) and he hasn't set it up, he'd be really hard-pressed to get anywhere because he didn't do the minimum to protect himself.

I enjoy Phil even more on slow nights now that we have more context to them. Slow nights means less door-dash and gin. Slow nights mean less WWE champions (though this part was more obvious). You can also look back, on average, we get golddust, or if I may, platinum dust when there's really slow nights and he gets unhinged because he knows he can't have a gin night. I think pretty much all of us are no longer in the "lol he sucks at games" station anymore. It's more humerous to point and laugh at his slow nights and hear him bitch. I think the only times people gave a fuck about his "gameplay" was in the 2009ish era where he made a joke of himself playing metal gear.

Now here's a question for the Americans: how common do you think it is for a person to live life like Phil?

I mean spending money he could be saving. I've heard about 401k (or something like that), is the average American someone who lives paycheck to paycheck and doesn't save shit or is it more common for people to save some money and not be a debt slave?

I just want to see if Phil is an anomaly there or just a common American spending all he has.
Wealthy Americans that I know don't live like this. He's an absolute fucking pig.

That's why I think if he has an issue with it, he should consider a free consultation, emphasis on free. There might be some law with statutory damages or fee shifting that makes it worthwhile. Hey, I can't personally think of one, but I've never done these things. But someone might be able to shake the tree and knock out a coconut or two, who knows?
