Bank Documents [18-Sept-2021] - Didn't learn a thing from the bankruptcy

You guys are implying Phil's tax evasion for spending money on some vidya game which implies he was lying during bankruptcy audition throwing it as business expense. He can because the business model and costs it is generating revolves around vidya games. If he wouldn't be able to write off WWE skin pack, he wouldn't be also able to write off Xbox Gold despite the fact he barely uses his Xbone.

This really is not accurate. While it is complex, ultimately the person who would be concerned here is his CPA. The CPA is who is signing off on these tax returns that he believes that these are all business related expenses. If his CPA were to become aware that he was signing fraudulent tax returns he would have to investigate further or risk losing his license.

The really interesting thing is, Phil could start streaming this wwe game and then write these things off, but it would not be retroactive.

The only way I could see it turning expensive is if they constantly got premade food every single day
Given that his signature Italian sauce involves hours and hours of reducing, one would imagine he doesn't think he has time to prepare his own meals despite the fact that an average stir fry or something takes like five minutes if you spring a few extra cents for pre-cut meat and veg.

This is simply not true. According to your argument, a construction company could spend 3 million dollars on gravel and then just bury it in a hole and never actually use it, since their business uses gravel, and legally write it off as a business expense. By claiming something as a business expense, you're saying it was necessary for operating your business.

We all know wwe champions has nothing to do with dsp's streams. Its fraudulent for him to claim it, regardless of how well its hidden or how hard it would be to prove. That's a different argument.

All right, I've got some new transcripts for y'all. As before, these are tab-separated files based on my own hearing of the audio files. This latest batch goes back to October 1.
Usual disclaimer: I'm not the hacker, not the caller, not the uploader, etc.

@ProvenWrong - what's up with the rest of the files? Part 8 seems to start at September 17, part 10 is August 28, and part 11 is June 29. The lengths of the files can't possibly match up here. Can you check your originals?
If this is all we have I'll keep transcribing, but it seems very much like there was some sort of error in creating the files.
Goddamn, did he really spend over $2000 on WWE Champions in one day?

It's even worse than that. It's like buying a load of gravel, saying it's a business expense, then taking it home and using it as a base for a new driveway for your home.

This is absolutely fraud, and it's pretty serious. Realistically the IRS isn't going to do jack about Phil as they rely a lot on CPA's to sign these returns and ensure that business funds aren't misappropriated. A licensed CPA can get in a lot of trouble for knowingly signing bad tax documents. If his CPA were aware, they would require Phil to pay them to amend his past returns to carve out the misappropriated business expenses.

That's another reason I don't believe he's committing tax fraud. I can see a CPA signing off on things Phil slightly fudged, but I don't see a CPA signing off on outright fraud like a completely undocumented $60,000 a year line item.

I have a legal question and I apologize if it has already has been answered.

Does DSP have an actual feasible lawsuit against BoA? Could DSP sue over an expectation of privacy for his finances?

I completely believe it. He's a video game streamer, he's claiming these are microtransactions related to his streaming business. His CPA isn't going to go watch his streams and figure out the details. They are "documented", it's not like these are cash transactions.

Part of the reason I'm pretty much positive he's doing this is the bankruptcy hearing, where he outright said it was all business-related. If he's willing to go in front of a judge and make that claim he definitely will just tell his CPA they're business-related then act stupid if he ever gets called out.

I thought he paid his "tax guy" thousands of dollars up front. Interesting. My CPA does charge me about 500-550.00 each year for my filings. 297 is actually a good deal lol.

also. Went back and looked and this is still on their Wikipedia

He's probably talking about whoever helped him with his payment plan. If he had to hire a tax attorney to deal with it, it could definitely go into the thousands. My bet is this other CPA does the simple legwork stuff, filing quarterly payment reports and that sort of thing.

So do we have any theories on the round-number payments yet?

Does Twitch round its payments or something? Why does he sometimes have two big payments 2 days apart? And what's with the $2000 mobile banking deposits? Is PlanetJeff writing him checks?

No.. DSP, with less than 200 USD in his checking account, does not have a feasible lawsuit against anybody or anything, let alone a financial institution like BoA.

The Mobile Banking deposits could be a whale-wire, or it could be him receiving a transfer from Kat's account, or maybe his parents?

It's weird that it's just called "Credit", in my experience (UK) there are always references alongside any credit/debit transactions so you know where that money has come from or gone to.

I don't understand why Null is taking a moral grandstanding on releasing someone's payment details as opposed to doxxing, probably one of the main characteristics of the Kiwifarms.
Josh was happy to "help" Chris Chan and ran whatever things for people to give him money for being an assclown online. It's how the Internet is today, alottapeepul are fine with burning their money and don't see any problem with this activity.
