If he wouldn't be able to write off WWE skin pack, he wouldn't be also able to write off Xbox Gold despite the fact he barely uses his Xbone.
This really is not accurate. While it is complex, ultimately the person who would be concerned here is his CPA. The CPA is who is signing off on these tax returns that he believes that these are all business related expenses. If his CPA were to become aware that he was signing fraudulent tax returns he would have to investigate further or risk losing his license.
