Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Is this normal? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a poll admit to oversampling in any capacity.

For the purpose they outline here, yes. Effectively, they got roughly equal numbers of white and black respondents to get a similar sample size to compare white and black voting patterns, but otherwise excluded the numbers from their polling to ensure it doesn't taint other data.

This could actually get pretty spicy. Most restaurants in New York are either owned by Jews or Asians and niggers don't like anything about those two groups other than how nice it feels to punch them.
