Only $77/$150. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but he seemed kinda subdued the whole stream. Didn't really seem like he had his usual energy. I know he clowns it up the more money he gets, but I really think these transaction leaks are weighing heavy on him.
He really wanted to riff on his audience for not hitting $100 but knows that his usual "I need money for my day awf!" guilt trip is a tad inappropriate right now.

He's probably scared (although i'm not sure why - his wheelchairs are still giving him cash). He knows he can't dispute the leaks cause they literally came from his bank, and coming clean with them would only be admitting that he's throwing away his donations on gacha gambling and excessive amounts of food/alcohol.

Any other day he would have been throwing down the same spiel, "Ghaiz the day stream was REALLY slow, didn't even hit the hat goal and tonight we aren't going to anymore." But we got none of that. It was like watching a man caught red handed fucking another man's wife. Prostrate, unable to use his powers of begging.

I was really expecting a massive surge in tip support and I'm surprised it hasn't happened. It's possible Phil is also surprised and concerned about the implications of that. This is the first crisis that hasn't yielded that in the days following.

At the same time, there was a bump in members. Phil may be concerned that people are sniffing the BS wafting off of tips and are shifting to more regulated methods of support that would bolster his monthly paycheck instead. This would result in Phil needing to budget. That would be hell for him and he can't handle that culture shift, but he also can't overtly combat it without raising alarm bells that he does have an impulse spending issue.

I also think something has gone sour with Kat. Not a divorce arc or anything wild, but they may be in a bit of a rough patch. Between Kat's apparent stress with work and schedules, Phil's botched handling of her birthday (possibly eclipsed by the Battle of Burger King), and the fact that we're getting regular overtime when we know she is home... he seems to be okay with seeing her slightly less. Not a great combo when you consider his increased hostility even prior to the leaks, and the fact that we're passing off rice and sandwiches as some kind of normal meal.

The long nights have settled in on the Gout Fortress this fall.

He has acted like this in the past with other drama / exposures.

This is his "mature adult" facade, where he attempts to ignore things. He will eventually read a message in his chat which happens to trigger him during a low tips stream and burst into a rage about the issue.

More importantly he's biding time to think of a narrative on how to tackle the issue.
If he wants to use this as proof of the trolls fucking with him and ruining his life, he's admitting that the documents are true and he has a serious drinking problem and gambling addiction.
If he wants to try and handwave the documents as "insane troll conspiracies", he'll basically have to retcon and retire his "needing money for groceries/going out" beg as people will always be curious as to why he needs so much help with something so basic. It'll also make it look bad when he says he's "already cut all corners to pay taxes" when trolls are parading around with evidence to the contrary. And of course, whenever he tries to blame Twitch or trolls or whoever on him "needing to beg" when we can see who's wasting his money.
If he totally refuses to address them it'll always remain a popular troll topic just like WWE Champions and the associated Line app, therefore being used to badger him for years and years because he can't refute it.
In the (very unlikely) scenario where he breaks down crying on stream talking about how it was his depression that made him waste thousands upon thousands of fan donations, he'll have to say he'll be committing to a lifestyle change, which is the absolute last thing he'll want to do.
My money's on Option B

I think it'll just remain a ban-on-sight topic because it's way too much work to try and talk about
I think it'll remain a verboten topic. As you say, he can't do anything to admit the documents are real, and he can't really say it's faked (not directly) because it would require some kind of SSJ69 tism to create such a detailed fake, going farther than any have gone before.

Can’t Phil’s bankruptcy be revoked if the parties who have a stake in the matter discover fraud was committed after the fact that it was granted? Really crazy that he can just eek on past the system like that, like all you have to do is show the court his transactions and it shows he has the ability to pay his creditors off…idk, it’s a tall order. Whatever I guess.

Not sure if this belongs here or in the bank documents thread but here it goes anyway. I've been doing a bit of thinking about all of this over the past two days and Phil knows deep down that he may be potentially be fucked since all of this came out. For one, his fans are already starting to wake up and smell the coffee. I expect total the total number of 'unique' contributions to start to slow down although 'total' tips may still stay 'good' for awhile. Even for the ironic fans, it's going to be a lot harder for them to justify sending a $1.50 tip or SuperChat here and there to try and bait Phil when they now know for a fact that their money is being whisked away the second it touches his account.

I'm much more interested in the future legal repercussions of all of this. Phil has now without a doubt committed bankruptcy fraud and has lied under oath numerous times. I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know if anything will come out of this though. I don't know if there is a way to reverse a bankruptcy decision once it's been finalized, especially since over a year has passed since it was granted. I guess we'll just have to sit back and watch things unfold. However, the thought of Phil in state or federal prison is absolutely hilarious to me. We might getting our own CWC prison saga as well.

Worst that would happen (I think) is that he would end up getting the Chapter 11 instead of Chapter 7 and getting put on the payment plan where he's forced to pay $X a month and only allowed to keep the excess. I'll be really surprised if anything happens with it at this point.

With how backed up courts are….even if someone catches wind of it, it’ll be awhile until anything is done. I wouldn’t hold my breath.

I'm wondering if he will say anything about it during Ask the King. And by that I mean loosely, probably in the context of trying to bait pity or call it a conspiracy. I doubt he's going to be willing to mention it outright, but that used to be a forum where he'd go in on whatever drama was currently dogging him.

Yeah, I agree. Namely, they had the evidence of issues in front of them at the time and clearly glossed over it, his creditors didn't lift a finger to contest anything at the time, and it has now been 2 years in a pandemic that has likely created a myriad of new issues and a backlog. Midfirst got a pound of bacon just by pushing proceedings out as long as they could, I wouldn't really say it was more than a passive effort. I doubt anyone with any authority would be moved to care now.

Really, the bigger issue is that this confirms that Phil is everything that he vehemently said he wasn't - he's a liar and a con man. It had been his refuge for years that we couldn't connect the dots on anything and so it was all lies and wild conspiracies. As it stands, the only thing detractors were really objectively wrong on was the escort saga. And even then, it's because Phil was lying and was blowing money on Kat, and then the Farms debunked the escort. Everything else was pretty much confirmed. At the very least, he probably feels dangerously exposed, if not to his audience than at least to us.

He has a fetish for detractors-turned-fans that saw the error of their ways and started supporting him, he talked about his underdog status, and his love of redemption stories... that's not believable or possible anymore. There may be no tangible consequences, legal or even otherwise, but he is what he was branded as, and that's pretty bad.

Unless Phil wants to admit to WWE Champions, this will be a verboten topic that at best he'll use as detractors derailing the stream or harassing no-loaders, etc... when he rages about something. Phil is in too deep and there aren't any good lies he can use to sweet talk his way out. Not that he needs to, he'll get money anyway and can always use tahxes, bills, illegal chargebacks, can't afford to eat, muh wife, muh family, the usuals
