The outcome of the appellate case may or may not affect things, but that remains to be seen.
Other than that, Vic is still doing signings & convention appearances though not at very prolific events (the COVID regulations have the bigger, well-known events on hiatus, so 🤷‍♂️). He also has done some audiobooks and just had his first anime reprisal in two years (voicing Nagato in a recent DLC for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers).
However, this whole affair has significantly impacted his career. I don't expect Vic to appear at conventions that aren't willing to risk upsetting their relationship with Funimation, which seems to be growing stronger under the behemoth influence of Sony (see the recent Crunchyroll purchase as an example). Any production licensed by Funimation is out of the question (unless a miracle occurs and the clique is dislodged somehow). Likewise, any voice actors that despise Vic in other studios will certainly Karen to management if he is hired for a role.
But, the rabble that comprises KickVic will look for other targets (see Quinton Flynn, for example).
That's the realistic outcome of this, to be honest.
