Such a tough guy. Make sure to keep replies disabled pussy.
"But god forbid I'm the one who says it, which somehow negates it's validity."
Yeah Phil it sucks you have such a bad reputation because of all the haters making shit up about you.
Know what'd be awesome? If you confronted the latest drama bullshit and debunked it so everyone can see how retarded your haters are, that would really show em!

Just a general reminder not to get your hopes up too much about something bigger happening from this. I know we like to joke about the writers and anything, but saga's don't have to/frequently do not escalate into bigger things. Really, the fact that his bank statements dropped is already pretty huge and, short of maybe a PayPal leak or someone physically obtaining his cellphone, I don't know how much bigger we could even get.

But, don't expect his bankruptcy to be reversed or Phil to get in legal trouble. He had to submit these, plus more expenses during the actual hearing. And, nothing has actually changed, so there's no reason to believe he wouldn't get away with the exact same lies he used last time.

Best thing to do is enjoy the ride and watch Phil squirm on stream. If something bigger happens, awesome, but if you're expecting Phil to lose all his supporters or getting legally screwed, you're just setting yourself up for disappointment.

I'm just pleased as a pig in champion pulls to see that transaction action of 16.51 over and over till he gets hit with a no funds fee for 35 bucks. I had tears of laughter rolling out of me seeing that. If that alone was all I got out of it, that would of been amazing. The alcohol bill, door dashing, 45$ ihops and shit, my god if nothing else happens I am more then sated for a long time.

Is Phil really this oblivious to memes?

There was little doubt about Gin and Champions but now that the proof is more concrete, I'm just not sure where the show runners go from here. Watching him slowly circle the drain isn't particularly engaging. I'm sure there are surprises in store but seeing him kicked off of one platform only to return to a former is old hat at this point.

As an aside, I've always wondered if there was a redemption arc for Phil. Knowing he has a gambling addiction and is probably an alcoholic, this is as close to empathy as I could ever feel towards the guy. Getting professional help and being open with his audience could be the beginning of that arc. I doubt he'd ever do that as personal responsibility isn't his forte. And what would Phil be without his persecution complex and pathological lying? Which always brings the question for someone like me who came into the Philverse late, how did he ever get an audience in the first place?

Phil has addiction problems. Those don't always have to be drugs. But, its clear that the amount of stress/disillusionment he has faced by his own actions over the last decade have completely warped the way he handles life. He's an alcoholic, has a gambling addiction, and a food addiction. The fact that he is still late on his mortgage payments shows that he isn't financially secure or stable and just lying about it, but his rants and anger about not receiving tips comes from a place of an addict not getting his fix, not someone suffering financial hardship.

He loathes his audience as much as he hates himself. The audience won't be the source of that kind of radical change or support required to follow through - it would have to come from family. I think a serious counsellor would struggle to build that kind of wraparound support with his useless family. A break from streaming doesnt appear an option either

I think the next logical arc from a narrative perspective would be the marriage breakdown following Kat's realisation that things are so bad and Phil has probably been deceiving her about where the money goes. She's eating burger king for her birthday, can't afford a wedding dress or honeymoon but there's money for WWE champions.

I figured people would expect the dentheads to rally and sacrifice their homes and wallets to the Pigroach, but... Well, it wasn't going to happen. The bank leaks were simply never going to go over well. I've said many times over the years that Phil's dentheads are genuinely good, generous dudes who believe his bullshit, suffered from bullying, and think Phil could use their help. Some of these guys got help themselves, and this tends to encourage people into passing it on. People play save the pig: the game to win, and they play it because they feel it's winnable.

Right now, the rules have changed. This is a one-handed Sekiro no damage run, and your one hand is a foot. In most people's heads, begging is for survival, not for success. It's gonna be hard to change this notion. Phil begs for success. People who helped him really wanted him to get his life in order, to cut back on gin n' gacha, to sort things out. Thing is that was never Phil's plan to begin with. Save the pig: The Game just got about 100 times harder. You're not giving him money for him to sort jack shit out, it's all gone as soon as it enters his paypal, so what is even the point? You can't save the pig. It doesn't want saving. It wants more wrasslers.

Back in the good old days of Flexin' Phil, The Most Succesful Beggar In Seattle, at least you got to see how lavishly he lived, how wasteful he was. The khamboes were swift, flawless and beautiful. I need money for my taxes- There is no escort! BOOM, mail order sperg horsebride. And you got to see that. I need money for food- I can't afford groceries! BAM, feasting with the King/DSP Tries it/Fast food and restaurants/Staycations. In showing how succesful he was and how much he could afford to live it up on his begging proceeds, Phil truly owned the trolls, and all the trolls could do was cope and seethe. Or punch the air, if you prefer.

Now it all goes into his not-so-secret super whaled out Champs account, into takeout that he doesn't eat on camera, and into restaurant crawls that he doesn't record. Phil could easily ammend this by bringing back the swaying camera on-site food reviews, streaming WWE Champs straight up, and getting that fat fucking horse to sit down and play some videogames with him. Now that would be some air-punching motivation. But the type of denthead that would donate to Snorthad Bigdick, the badass provocateur who wastes all your money on fast food and gacha, and has a swimsuit mahdel wife-mom-horse and the type of denthead that would donate to Badluck Burnell, poor milquetoast, hardworking, mild-mannered suburban catdad and loving husband-son to Katherine Burnell are simply not the same.

Phil was already circling the drain, but unless he returns to true King of Hate form, he's gonna vanish into obscurity much faster than we anticipated. No one's gonna believe that he's a poorfag who needs desperate help any more when he's just dangerously financially irresponsible. Only the trolls win here: We knew Phil was wasteful and a moron, now it's confirmed, and absolutely everyone who has given him money lately has an unreasonable amount of egg on their face, and must now clean out their dents with extraordinary care. Phil's only hope would be to have them rally to make him into an actual success again, by his measure of success: That means super whaled accounts and fast food piled as far as the eye can see. But he'd have to go public with that, and I sincerely doubt he's got the balls any more.

Due to the brevity of the marriage, an alimony arc wouldn't even be interesting. Kat has pretty much been written out of the show as is. I guess the aftermath could be interesting with Phil trying to found another spose.

The Champions stuff was an open secret anyway. I just don't see it deterring the diehards. Happy to be wrong though.

I don't think this will have any effect on the bankruptcy. As a bankruptcy trustee Nancy must've dealt with countless online gamblers and their bank statements look very similar to Phil's. She saw all the bullshit and didn't care. We thought his Paypal money never even left that account and that Phil was at least trying to be sneaky about it, but he just transfers whatever's in there to his checking account whenever he hits his overdraft limit. Nancy only put some effort into his case to find out if there were assets to liquidate, because that would mean a payday for her. When she found out that the pig has 0 assets other than his house that shit got approved instantly.

I was really expecting a massive surge in tip support and I'm surprised it hasn't happened. It's possible Phil is also surprised and concerned about the implications of that. This is the first crisis that hasn't yielded that in the days following.

Let's not start with the 'this is it' nonsense again. He could literally be in their living room right in front of them throwing their money into a burning garbage can as they hand it to him and his diehard paypigs would still donate. If he had anyballs he could probably confess everything and they would still donate. This isn't the 'end' of dsp until proven otherwise just like the last 1000 things that were going to be the end of dsp weren't the end.

Can’t Phil’s bankruptcy be revoked if the parties who have a stake in the matter discover fraud was committed after the fact that it was granted? Really crazy that he can just eek on past the system like that, like all you have to do is show the court his transactions and it shows he has the ability to pay his creditors off…idk, it’s a tall order. Whatever I guess.

He could send nancy and the judge a video of himself throwing wads of money into a burning garbage can during the bankruptcy meeting blowing a raspberry at them. They're not going to do shit.

Phils best move right now would probably be to use the ol’ pignosis to explain that his account has been hacked ILEGALLY and it’s incredibly stressful guys! (Stress SNORT) And apparently some of his mentally ill stalkers have used that info to cook up forgeries that show him wasting all his money on gin and iTunes. How stupid is that? Phil barely uses iTunes and usually uses Netflix when he wants to see a movie. But “it is what it is! It’s stressful, but you guys know I’ve always been hahnest with you. And the fact that these mentally ill people have gone through so much trouble to fuck with me shows how fucked up in the head they are, right? Anyways, I’m just saying this because ah like to be hahnest with you guys! This is the last time I bring it up, and we will continue to have a good and chill time, that’s the best way to strike back! Sound good?”

While Phils best choice, it’s also not without risks, which is why Phil will probably totally avoid the topic and try to soldier on and LIMB where he can.

Here’s the thing about addiction and being an addict. You might be a slave to your particular vice but you still have your free will.

You can be the kind of alcoholic who comes home to beat your wife, or the kind who doesn’t. You can feed your habits by jumping little old ladies find other ways.

You can still be an addict and not be a scumbag. Phil is a scumbag who sat and lied shamelessly to his audience for years.

That’s all on Phil, not his addictions. (And all that fucking Doordash and takeaway spending? That’s just Phil living it up because he can. He doesn’t even have the excuse that “I have an alcohol/gambling problem!”

When I think back to playing any and all games in my 20 year career of gaming I can't help but think why do some people review and shit talk games when they barely played it and or literally won't won't play a good number of other game genres
Because, like Phil, certain people believe their opinions have higher importance than other ones in spite of having no merit in anything at all

I could see Kat being pissed that Dave hasn't taken her anywhere cause of his WWE spending. She probably knew he played the game but not that he spent more on it than the fuckin mortgage.

Seriously, he could very easily afford a vacation for Kat if he just stopped playing WWE for a month.
