Alrighty, guys. In about a couple hours past the next 24, @Leonard F. Shaner Jr.'s gonna be waddling back into court. For all of the Kiwis who are wise enough to not sift through 918 pages of bullshit, let's recap.
Who is Len, and why is he on trial?
He's a crazy autistic foamer who shits his pants to get out of work and fucks pillows in pantyhose, and he's currently being charged with one count of trespassing and three counts of reckless endangerment for attempted sabotage of the lines of the Colebrookdale Railroad.
How did the last session go?
Insane, with Hy Mayerson, the lawyer for Len, accusing someone of being our @cumrobbery and attempting to bring our very own Kiwi Farms into some weird Lenspiracy involving the Colebrookdale Railroad. The judge was less than enthused.
So what's gonna happen now?
If I'm hearing our legal Kiwis correctly, this isn't the actual trial just yet, but just about another part of the preliminaries, so no guys, he's not going to get shanked at the end of the 30th. However, there is fairly conclusive evidence against Len from the Colebrookdale Railroad, so it's unlikely that he's walking away from this. Furthermore, depending on how the prosecution views Len's continued harassment of people like Curt or if those people decide to file their own charges, he might be in a shitload of trouble still.
And do we have field agents?
Either @Saul Goodman or an associate of his is confirmed to be attending the trial. @Kirby also had an inside source the last time and said source might be similarly attending. We're likely to get coverage either way.

This is going to be awesome. It's like waiting for the next episode of The Walking Dead or something. I can't wait to see how the various ways in which Lenny's fucked himself over without realising it (harassing people on FB, turning up at railroads etc) will come back to bite him in the ass. lol
