Note to all collector kiwis! On top of not taking your true and honest kiwi koin out of the plastic, make sure you keep the package it came in! That package is proof of the truth and honesty of your koin, like a birth certificate!

@mindlessobserver - your attachment doesn't work. might have caught in the glitchiness of the site.
edit - I see it now, very cool indeed lol :)

Can you tell me where it shows it shipped from, if you're in the States? I have USPS informed delivery and I have an unknown first class parcel coming in from Ohio. My excitement is getting the best of me, I didn't get a shipping email but my hopes are high lol.

It came from some place in California called Shipbob via UPS. Weirdly the label says the package was 31 pounds in weight.

The 3PL started sending out tracking numbers but I'm deeply concerned. I emailed the 3PL weeks ago that there were issues with the order syncing. I saw a lot of orders not get updated after refunds and I've now confirmed that people who double/triple/quadruple ordered and had to cancel the extras are getting multiple tracking orders. On my back end, it does look like the 3PL's system did not ever change the status of these orders.

I'm extremely frustrated and I'm hoping they have an answer. It looks like they've already put them in the mail despite me explicitly asking them to cancel outbound orders until they could delete all pending orders and re-import them fresh from a list I generated for them. I told them this multiple times but it doesn't look like they did anything.

I'll need to actually figure out how much waste they've created. If you're receiving duplicate coins or coins for something you asked for a refund for after the recent drama, I don't know what to tell you at the moment. I'm also not sure how this holds up for the last orders which there will not be inventory for. I'm hoping they can do something to make this right but I'm also considering what my legal options are.

Edit: I've finally put in touch with someone who can do more than forward me template emails and they're looking into it. They're going to give me free return labels but it'll be up to the honor system to get people to return them. I'm not sure what to expect with people who have moved altogether. Stay tuned. Everyone is going to get their shit if it kills me.

Please DO NOT email me asking for the status of your order.
If your order has shipped, you will get an email.
Only about 25% of coins are produced and in the warehouse.
25% of the coins are in transit to the warehouse. 50% of the coins are not even made yet.
Shipments are being made in an arbitrary order. This was not my decision.

Please do not email me asking for a status on your order on suspicion it has been missed until after they have all gone out. There are not enough coins made yet to fulfill all of them. Many are still weeks out.
Yep, they fucked you.

I have received my coin(s), both the cancelled and the legit ones. I'd be happy to compensate Jersh for one extra but I'd rather send the other dupes back.
I'll be awaiting any news of return slips, but I'm going to keep my extras sealed and safe for the time being.

I will have to say that the website did not so great of a job of confirming whether your details were complete and your order was processed. It seems those terms were better expressed in the confirmation email rather than the website itself.

My coin has arrived safely. I'm so...happy? I think?
Pristine Christine's giving me a bit of the offender sideye over here, but it's worth it for the awesome kiwi design. The national crest of autism looks great on real silver. Thanks Null!
