The lying to a court thing is something that makes me dumbfounded.

How can a man with so many haters, some of whom would love to see him homeless, think it's a good idea to commit perjury and/or fraud?

Phil must really think he's much smarter than everyone else. That or his lawyer told him it'd be okay to commit fraud, but I don't think even the millest of bankruptcy mills would advise a client to commit fraud.

A lawyer's job is to allow their client to get away with as much as possible. Rochelle played her cards with thousands of cases of previous experience and won.

As much as we shit on Phil's for his awful financial skills, he's far from the worst cases in these bankruptcy courts. From what we know, Phil has always eventually paid on his bills and expenses, he's just incredibly stupid about it and burns lots of money for no reason. As much as Phil "won" with his bankruptcy hearing, he already paid that penalty and more in interest.

Nah, MyaTheBee(z) is a longtime whale. He comes back from time to time. It's some dude that never forgot the Phil from FGC days and still thinks he's the same person from back then.

Jesus tits, you guys DO understand that there’s like a 1% likelihood of Phil getting that money, right?

Nobody spends 17$ just to dunk on him. It’s all chargebacks and dead cards.

The panic and over troll tipping is pretty gay. He might get an occasional 2 bucks here or there, but all the monthly trolltips put together (the ones he actually ends up getting) would barely get him Doordash for a day.

Chargebacks on superchats is a tough process. You can maybe get it by saying it was a mistake once or twice, or suggesting credit/Paypal fraud. Only the most dedicated retards would bother going through that to inconvenience Phil for a second. There have been a few.

Phil is getting most, probably all that money.
