He was Court ordered to represent Chris. Ethically he is obligated to represent Chris to the best of his abilities. He could lose his BAR license if he doesn't. Despite being Court ordered if Chris ends up being a difficult client and causes delays he could potentially ask to withdraw as counsel in which case they'll just assign him another attorney. But the Judge has to find the withdrawal request reasonable to grant it. In the end its up to either the judge or jury to find Chris guilty regardless of how well he's represented.

So it will be like him living in his room/'workspace' at 14 BLC. They only difference is Chris will be monitored by responsible people that aren't named Bob or Barb.

I don't know why you're so assblasted that the state is treating Chris the same way it treats any other defendant in a criminal case. If you're on trial for something and the state can make a strong enough case, it doesn't matter how good your attorney is-your ass is grass.

it feels like years waiting for the court date it’s like chris died with the lack of new content about him. his lawyer’s probably going to be forced to bring up the internet trolls and cyberbullies and have that be what he’s known for in his career. i know it’s late to post but imagine being the guy that’s appointed by the state to watch hours of autistic chris content and read kiwifarms threads for hours a day.

Whether you like it or not we need people like Chris's lawyer within our system for it to function. I'm not going to talk bad about his lawyer because his lawyer is just doing his job and representing him to the best of his ability which is something I think everybody here is thankful for. If any of us get arrested I guarantee you would want a lawyer that would represent you to the best of his ability for whatever crime you're accused of. It's up to the prosecution to make the case and the defense to well defend you. It's just Chris Chan's amazing luck that he gets one of the best lawyers in Virginia.

I think what gets me the most is he's always treated like a king for no good reason. How many criminals, who don't even wind up in family court and go straight to criminal court, get representation like this? The reason for Chris' escalation in behavior is people never rub his nose in his own poop by holding him accountable. I guarantee you, getting off with the tard card will only embolden his actions.

I noticed that too, Chris got a lawyer that most defendants only dream about, which furthers my theory that Sieg Heilberg found out that some poor autistic tranny got dinged for rape and this will be his showboat trial for asspats.

...all the way up until he actually talked to Chris and found out more about him.

it's been said a billion times already but even if he gets off with the tard card then he'll still be put on the sex offender's register and he'll still not be allowed to go back to 14BC and now because he's raped his own mom a large majority of his retarded enablers won't want anything to do with him anymore

it's not like schneider where he gets away with it and carries on his dumbass life scot free. even if he doesn't go to jail his entire life will be changed forever to the detriment

and no matter how good his lawyer is nothing erases the fact that chris is a retard who likely gave the cops a full confession that he raped his mom immediately. he will be pleading guilty to the incest thing, 99%. which means that he will never go back to 14BC, even if he never goes to jail

What makes you think that the state is treating Chris any differently from any other defendant? It's in the state's best interest that a defendant has a good attorney so that they can't appeal on the grounds of insufficient council later on.

I agree that it's kind of bullshit the one area in life Chris gets super lucky in is never seriously suffering consequences for his actions by any social institution, legal or cultural (parents, friends, church). However I find it comically funny and fits along with the general clown world we live. Maybe he will be the George Floyd of the Trans Community and his lawyer and him will have court room dramas made with actors playing as them.

I've been thinking "maybe the evaluation might have answers on why he did it".
I wish they transfer him to women's section. This should ruin his perception that women are angelic and pure.
