Yeah, the amount of cooperation their programs have with US defense industries is pretty extensive. Raytheon is a major supplier of missile components... parts that are made in the USA, naturally. Just about every single jet engine Pratt & Whitney made during the Cold War was a licensed and then improved version of an English design, the Rheinmetall cannon in the Abrams is entirely US-made to an improved spec, etc.
