Yeah that’s big part of why I’m excited for part 5. I want to know of Josiah just revealed everything was a ruse or if he just cut contact and released the videos. If it’s the second there’s a chance that Rick and everyone involved may still be following bunk leads.
I don't remember the specifics but I remember it having something to do with Quasi not giving them the information they wanted. I think Brinton Resto mentioned that he'd amend the complaint in the 4/16 hearing if something specific wasn't done by Quasi but I don't remember what it was. I don't think they're adding Does or anything.

For me it's a 50/50 on whether the figure in the video is Pat, but something else to consider is that the clip is short and we don't actually see any vandalism occur during it. After looking at some more of Pat's handwriting, I'm far more certain that he did the actual vandalism off tape.
I'd like to restate my theory that if he's the vandal he probably used his non-dominant hand to make it look like it wasn't his handwriting.
