Really depends. Even black women judges know that other judges (especially local ones) are people you shouldn't fuck with, if only because you want that collegiality in place for your election (if it's an elected judgeship) or for possible advancement (if you're up for a (better) federal judgeship). Judges are one of those jobs where there's still (generally) the patina of collegiality and professionalism among peers, since it's still a very prestigious title and has been since time immemorial in the common law.

I find it hard to imagine even a woke judge will look at someone fucking with the judge in such a vile manner a district over and think it's fine because le ebil whyte manz!!! But I could be depressingly wrong.
