Neighbors say they saw Brian Laundrie and his parents leave their Florida home with an attached camper after he returned from his trip with Gabby Petito
  • A couple said they saw Brian Laundrie and his parents drive off with an attached camper this month.
  • A neighbor said they saw Laundrie leave on September 11, the day Gabby Petito was reported missing.
  • Laundrie's family told the police last week that they had not seen him since September 14.
A couple who live across the street from Brian Laundrie and his family told Fox News on Wednesday that they saw the 23-year-old and his parents leave their home in a truck with an attached camper about a week after Laundrie returned home alone from a cross-country road trip with his fiancée, Gabby Petito.

Authorities are still searching for Laundrie, who has been missing since last Tuesday and is a person of interest in Petito's death, which has been ruled a homicide.

Charlene and William Guthrie, who moved to North Port, Florida, this summer, said they told authorities they'd seen Christopher and Roberta Laundrie attach what appeared to be a new camper to their truck and drive off for what the Guthries assumed was a weekend camping trip with their son.

"I saw them doing some work. And then when they prepared for their trip, I saw them loading the camper," William Guthrie told Fox.

He said he thought it was odd for the parents to go on a camping trip with their adult son in a small camper.

The Guthries said they reported the incident when authorities came to their home while investigating the disappearance of 22-year-old Petito.

The North Port Police Department and the FBI did not immediately respond to Insider's requests for comment.

Rebecca Ollier, an executive producer at WINK-TV, tweeted on Wednesday that a neighbor said they'd seen Laundrie leave the home with his parents and the camper on September 11, the same day Petito's mother reported her missing. It was unclear whether it was a different neighbor than William or Charlene Guthrie.

Laundrie returned to his parents' home without Petito on September 1. Authorities have said he declined to cooperate during the investigation into Petito's disappearance, and his family said on Friday that they had not seen him since September 14.

Petito's body was found in Grand Teton National Park on Sunday. The FBI said earlier this week that her death had been ruled a homicide.

The police on Monday identified Laundrie's parents' home as a crime scene and searched it.

The search for Laundrie continued on Wednesday, with K-9 units scouring Florida's 25,000-acre Carlton Reserve, where he is believed to have gone missing; his parents said he went there for a hike.

Yeah, looks like the chances of them being charged with accessory are increasing exponentially if true.

MOTI:

I'm so sick of femicides, man. Yesterday, in Greece, in Rhodes island, a fucking 40 years old manchild killed his ex
girlfriend, a teacher, 32 years old.

They knew each other from December 2020, but they lived as a couple under the same roof just one month and a half.
He got jealous and abusive so she left him. Her parents persuade her that in their house she will always find a bed to sleep on and were pretty great BUT this fucking moron, waited for her two hours, to return from school and shot her twice with a riffle.

He killed himself with said riffle thank fucking God. His father asked for forgiveness of girl's parents, but the fucking Karen of a mother, was like "my baby was an angel, she abused him" and she badmouthed the dead. She can't talk now so,it's game.

Ex wives of him told media that he was abusive and they were afraid of their lives. One of them wanted to warn the poor woman but all happened so fast.

I hope hell exists and these douchebags will get assfucked for eternity.

The thing about the camper is that if they were smart about it, he could legit be anywhere at the moment and it would be extremely hard for the police to ever find him.

However, being extremely smart would require:
- Leaving cellphones at home for 3 days
- Not using any debit or credit cards
- Having given him enough food that he can last at least a month+ without having to leave the vicinity of the camper
- Having figured out a private place where they will be able to park the camper/hide it and having very little people passing by/no one curious/no one moving it
- Can't be on any private property that could be linked to them

Assuming that they basically drove for about 30 hours without stopping to make as much distance between themselves and Florida, he could be anywhere in a radius that extends all of the way to Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York and Maine.

That's over a third of continental America. Try to find a camper in the middle of fucking nowhere there. Any reserve, any place that allows for long term parking or, even better, in the middle of the woods of someone they know where no one will go look because they just don't show up near that particular camper.

You get there, you park the camper where it's not gonna be seen, you make sure he has a bunch of shit to pass the time, you buy burners for you and for him, you make sure that they won't be used or even opened until much later, and you tell him to stay in place at least for a month or so, when the heat dies down you will come for him.

That would also assume that he has the discipline to do that and not get caught, which is fairly doubtful.

Considering the story about the florida reserve they could have even tried to stage his death, going there after in two cars, leave his car there, alongside with bits and fragments of his clothes with his blood and shit so it looks like the gators at home after he heroed or accidentally or whatever.

And yet, life is so fucking mundane, even if they used those three days to stash him somewhere there's gonna be a mile long trail of evidence and he will get caught soon, because the FBI are retarded but not so much that panicking suburban parents would be able to fool them, or the son is so dumb that he will get caught on his own. Or dumb fucking luck, someone will walk up to him and see him cry jerking off to pictures of her in the camper and call the cops.

And that's assuming that it's even true they left with him for three days and it's not just a rumor, and he didn't simply just go to the Florida reserve like they first thought.

You don’t know that much about OCD. It does not ‘get worse over time’, it waxes and wanes, sometimes it goes away for literal years before coming back. The severity will depend on the individual, and onset is either early childhood or mid adolescence, if that’s the case it can worsen until late adolescence where it will then reach a baseline level. That is not always the case but it is the overwhelming norm. OCD is not a psychotic disorder or a personality disorder, it’s an anxiety disorder that most commonly mimics PTSD, where those diagnosed with the latter often also develop the former. While it can never be ‘cured’ it has one of the highest treatment success rates (about 70%) of all mental disorders and a very high level of compliance. Especially with the use of Fluvoxamine. It is incredibly distressing to the sufferer and they usually don’t show any interest in returning to their pre medicated state, especially considering a panic attack feels like a literal heart attack in many patients. Interestingly it can be triggered into sudden onset in susceptible individuals by abuse and trauma.

I'm just surprised how fast things went south for this women and I wonder if this situation is same behind the cameras for other young hot women who like advertise their unorthodox lifestyles on YouTube like for example there is some Swedish couple that sails around the world or some Southern gals dressed in bikinis who hunt alligators in the swamps or all those try on hail videos where the bf is the camera man advertising his girl's body to the world.
We've seen this a bit in the "Sugar Babies" thread, and the answer is a resounding "Holy fuck yeah this shit is fucked up."

Let's also not forget that there are plenty of people who think he either never came back to North Florida on Sept. 1st, or that he left even before the camping trip (which would make this also another red herring to throw off the FBI)

One thing is sure: as far as the parents know, he hasn't killed himself.

What do Gabby Petito and George "fentanyl" Floyd have in common? They spent more time reporting on them than they did on Victoria Rose Smith, a 3 year old white girl who was beaten to death by two black lies matter fanatics. How much time you might ask? It doesn't matter because they never ran a single story about Victoria. No vigils, no candle lights and no one cried for her on national news by the way.

Now it's down to how long they can keep reporting on it because that guy probably capped himself and got eaten by gators and we'll never know what happened. I give it another week before the gas tank is totally dry and they move on. They're hoping the cops find him so they can drag it on to a trial, but I think that option is long gone now.
