I came across this on DSP's website so I did a search, links and archive are below. Feel free to look up if there are any videos and if it's legit. I have not looked into this further that what I've posted:

Once we saw in the bankruptcy that he claims more than $5000 in business expenses a month, I doubt DSP is honest in any area involving "expenses" and "taxes".

I think the leaks happening before the "hgs" are the real reason for his seeming extra failure over it. There's nothing special with the games to cause the situation he is in now. His inability to beg as hard as he could is the more likely cause.

Viewer's "Choice" is nothing but a sham. Phil awards you with the illusion of choice. He lays out shit he wants to do, you choose one of them and then pay to see it... only for that choice to be overwritten by Phil, so you essentially pay for something you don't want.

13 years of wasting our planet's valuable air is not a good enough reason to put out shit content. And if you think otherwise, then you might as well be a product of incest.

I've seen accounts with 500 followers that consistently get more likes and RTs than DSP. Maybe by the end of this year he'll get as much "interaction" on twitter as a 500 follower account, such a massive improvement from going full lockdown. Nice going Dave.

He regressed because he wanted his content to be all about his gain and his enjoyment and no one else's.
When you want to put out a product or a piece of work, you have to take into consideration the thoughts and feelings of your audience, how it will affect the people close to you. I don't know if Phil ever had a thought in his head that resembles "I bet my viewers are gonna love this!"

He has that thought the problem is it’s never a good thought. For example when he played Kingdom Heart and his 17 year old was shifting in the. Story

the only party that has a case is Bank of America because he broke their terms of agreement and privacy for customers in order to obtain information. Although I’m not sure how he got the bank or account number, he did utilize public documents to get the last four of his social. So I’m not sure if any party has legal action that can be taken.

Yes, technically a crime was committed: The digital equivalent of jaywalking. BoA can report it but nobody will give a shit.

Yes, Phil lied to the court despite swearing a solemn oath (shocker!). People do what Phil does every day. The entire bankruptcy system pretty much exists so idiots and lowlifes can scam their way out of poor decisions. (And a few honest people who need a fresh start!)

Nothing lasts forever tho. If Phil is the kind of tard that holds grudges over fast food orders I'm pretty sure his mind will break when he gets expelled from the khando, possibly even trying to assault bystanders.
