I actually worked as a state disability adjudicator, and actually it's very easy -- or was 20 years ago. SO easy that I had to quit (in disgust) and pursue something else. Maybe it's improved since then.
Interesting. I know that we haven’t seen any direct links stating that Jaron’s received government benefits, or a private carrier, but are there any sources saying he
hasn’t, meaning the family is funding this all by themselves.
Even with the money from the show, it just seems like a huge amount without any outside help. Almost all health insurance policies I know of list this as discretionary treatment, meaning it’s not covered.
It sounds like the Bloshinska family may have a special / exotic policy that does cover this sort of treatment. I wonder who their carrier is.
There doesn’t seem to be consensus on this, and the laws seem to vary by state:
Although federal law prohibits health insurance plans from discriminating against transgender individuals, a Georgia county specifically excludes trans-related health care from coverage.

Even if Jaron’s policy does cover it and the state isn’t paying for it, stuff like this is what causes our rates to be higher. I can’t blame the insurance companies either, because if they’re covering this, it’s definitely not cheap for them.
Can’t say much about the state of Florida’s position on this, it seems like it’s not 100% clear.

Either way, it looks like the Bloshinska’s are taking away from our family’s hard earned dollars, either through higher insurance premiums or worse yet, tax dollars — if Jaron is on Medicaid. Either way, this obese pervert (J. Bloshinsky) is stealing my family, and your family’s, hard earned money.
