Someone big enough talked about it to warrant coverage; this isn't some grand conspiracy to get people to ignore white people being murdered when the focus of everyone's attention is literally still a white bitch. You don't think hyping up some wannabe influencer's murder is astroturfing itself? That only this still very much minority viewpoint (even in MSM terms) of "white women get disproportionate attention when missing" being promoted by a fraction of the articles counts? I don't care about either if I don't know them. I didn't coin the phrase, but it aptly describes the phenomenon. People actually gave a shit about some random girl for YEARS with Natalee Holloway; I get it if you're into "true crime", but that shit was popular among total normies and went on for fucking ever with no real result. You're right, there's nothing interesting about a hooker getting killed or a drug deal gone wrong, just like there's nothing interesting about some young dumb (and apparently BPD, jfc LOL) girl who decided going on a road trip with Luke Smith's little brother was a good idea. It's pretty disingenuous to act like everyone who isn't a white girl that goes missing is some black prostitute. If you went missing, no one would give a shit because you're (presumably) male and if not, you're certainly "curvy" ;) Nothing to do with your race. I think that's dumb; cases aren't more interesting because "muh pretty lady is missing!!". The most this case has going for it is the influencer bullshit.

The saddest part of all this is seeing people on social media use this girl's death as a maypole to beat their own ideological drum around. That Jelani boy had his ID confirmed as the body that was found some days later, decomposed due to being submerged in water for so long. So now the fools on Twitter are trying to act like them getting the word out by co opting Gabby's hashtag was what "miraculously" prompted the coroner to release an update, and not letting the due processing of testing DNA run it's 2-3 week course. No, obviously it's just that the media and police don't care about black people as much, that's the more sensible conclusion.

It's funny how these same individuals will peddle these borderline conspiratorial accusations and then protest for "freedom" with things like Black Lives Matter, but then when other races ask for the same solidarity they demand like with the Stop Asian Hate and this case, all of a sudden they can't be bothered and will actively try to take attention away from other races, claiming bigotry and victimization all the while. It's almost like this isn't about equality at all and more about weaponizing victimization to be the new top dog on the social ladder.

So the Eff Bee Aye could not convince a judge to authorize an arrest warrant for murder but he withdrew a grand from her debit card so they managed to indict on a petty larceny charge and obtained a warrant on fraud/misuse/interstate commerce whatever? That's it? I mean he could argue that it was his money, she owed him or she agreed to give it to him. He has several potential defenses. It's pretty lame. Seems they have little to no physical evidence and are hoping to make an arrest to satiate the plebes. Since he's unlikely to get bail for his misuse of a debit card he'll probably figure he's better off innawoods. gg faggots, this shit will be milked forever

Because they can def get no bail. They can get additional search warrants on the premise of collecting the evidence of his guilt for the crime of murder. Charging him with debit card misuse limits them to that charge.

Also, he has an attorney on record so he's not talking. Once he invokes his right to remain silent and have an attorney present during questioning they can't pretend they didn't hear it, regardless of when he invoked it.
